I have used this company for a year now I have had multiple hair with them and there the only company I use for clients. The hair is long lasting and luxurious. Customer service has never been an issue! I always message the owner regarding enquiries and always gets back to me promptly even though she has things going on in her personal life. This is a family run business not a big branded company. They do amazing hair for a great price! Highly recommend them! Won’t go anywhere else! Xxx

Fantastic quality hair! I’ve worn extensions for over ten years and Every other brand I’ve ever used doesn’t compare to hair from here. I am still wearing hair that’s over a year old and the condition is amazing. They still look relatively new!! I also purchased nano rings from here which were amazing. The quality and durability of the hair was nothing like I’ve seen before. Ive even kept them after removal because the condition was still perfect after 6 months in my hair! The company is brilliant because they keep bringing new products such as the frontals and closures in almost every shade which is difficult to find elsewhere.
I would recommend this company to everyone because you won’t get better extensions anywhere. I’ve never had any issues with transform. Always replies to my questions within hours.

I have been using recommended products on my hair and I've had them in 2-3 weeks now, ive started to notice that some of the strands are like a thin wire material! I much preferred my cheaper Remy hair as it was always soft and silky but for the price of the hair extensions and the quality I would highly not recommend! Not sure if some times the hair is sometimes a bad bunch but as I'm a client of a hairdresser that fitted them, I would know if the bad quality overrides the good... I for sure would not want to take that risk again as it's not worth it to me.

I had a terrible service with another hair extensions supplier. Niaomi made sure my order order from transformxtensions arrived on time for my client, next day delivery and I’m in Scotland! I have been doing Extensions nearly 5 years now and came across Transform about 6 months ago and have to say I wish I had come across them sooner. The hair is incredible, so soft and thick. Iv got clients that had the hair fit 6 months ago and it's still like new. The customer service is amazing, Niaomi is always there to answer any questions you might have⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely amazing quality hair! Currently in the process of moving over to Transform from a previous supplier I've had problems with. Niaomi is friendly and very helpful, she clearly goes out of her way to accommodate all of her clients, one of the many reasons I've chosen Transform as my new supplier. I purchased some hair extensions from Transform to add thickness to my hair and let it grow around the sides a little. I have worn the hair for 11 months continuously with regular maintenances. The only reason I have now removed the hair as my hair is longer than the extensions. During my time wearing them I have regularly swam. Washed them 3/4 times a week, sometimes using a hairdryer and sometimes letting them air dry. Heat has been applied at least twice a week for the whole 11 months. The tips are still in perfect condition along with the hair. The hair is given a 12 month lifespan but I wouldn’t hesitate in refitting it after wearing for 11 months as it still looks new. I can’t recommend this hair enough. I know it can look costly compared to the cheaper alternatives on eBay but the quality and lifetime over-shines the price of cheaper alternatives. You won’t be disappointed.

Purchased a weave in October and by December it was thin and straggly and looks awful. I have been wearing extensions for 5 years and this is the worst quality hair i’ve ever had, lasted a total of 2 months. Contacted them and they were no help, £380 down the drain 😊😊
