DO NOT COME HERE AND GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Absolutely disgusting customer service! Got my nails done here a few weeks ago and came out with cuts everywhere over my fingers and smudged nail varnish from a rushed service! Went to get my nails done again today with the same lady who performed the terrible service before and they refused my student card at first but still AGREED to carry out the service with my student discount. The nail technician had already started to remove my nail polish when a lady came from the staff room throwing my money in my face and shouting at me 'we're not doing it here, you need to go somewhere else'' and kicked me out of the shop.This is no way to treat a 17 year old girl.

I received only half of my order a couple of days late and was given no explanation as to why. I feel like if you advertise in a certain manner your customer service must follow.

I was told the second part would arrive two days later, which it did not. I MANAGED to get hold of someone after a couple of days who said it would arrive by today, which it has not, so I will have to move my hair appointment for the third time.

I have tried so many times to get in contact or even get a tracking number it even a refund so I can just move on from this awful company. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for something that should have been there in one.

The hair quality is decent but not worth this trouble and i doubt it lasts years. I wont be ordering from this company ever again and I would not recommend to anyone.

Three orders total. I got the first one after 2 weeks. After a three weeks of waiting I contacted the company about my second and third orders and the girl told me I would get both one week later. On that day I opened my package and it only had my third order in it. Been over a month and I haven't recieved my second order. No response to my emails I have been sending. Never online for the live chat. I will not be ordering from the company again. I do not recommend anyone doing business with this company unless you feel like waiting a long time.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered a wig from this company in November of 2016 for my daughter who lost her hair to chemo therapy. As of today, I have not received it. I have made numerous attempts to speak with someone on the phone and even on their chat line about my order and it is either goes to voicemail or it kicks me off the chat line. When I finally did get a response, I was informed that I would get my shipment the week of February 6, 2017. I was also informed that I would get a tracking number to go along with the wig order. I never received anything. I placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Hopefully they can help me resolve this problem. In the meantime BUYERS BEWARE! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I can not speak on anything regarding ordering hair from this company but the actually styling doing nails and beauty treatment is perfect.

I love that the salon sticks to their appointment time. It means that customers dont have to spend the whole day in the shop, similar to other salons.
I wasn't sure on what to do with my hair, and the stylist helped buy my hair chose a style. She was amazing.

Everyone is polite and very helpful.
Not only did they have tea and coffee but a selection of other teas, including my favourite green tea.

Lastly I get my nails done every other week and Kevin and Minh are the best. The service they provide is a merge between affordable but quality products.

I'll defo be returning.

One suggestion would be to ensure that the shops tidy. E.g. I'll bet there in the morning and there would be loads of coat son the hanger, magazines on the sofa.... just little things.

I had my nails done once here and they lasted a while and looked fine, but the second visit was terrible. The nail technician was so inexperienced. He could not file the nails straight and did not apply the acrylic properly leading to 4 nails breaking after just 3 days!
By the time I was able to return, due to being away over the Christmas, 7 out of 10 nails were broken! I sincerely hope they re-do these nails free of charge. I've wasted money trying to have nicely decorated nails over the festive season! Very annoyed!!

I ordered hair from this company almost £400 and is past the delivery date no hair. I called and the guy I spoke to is still confirming from the manager when my order will ship. I tried calling back several days now no one answers the phone, no response on emails sent. Run run away from this company they are scamming people of their hard earned money. Am moving to opening a dispute with my bank now. This company is a scam. Please don’t buy from them. Wish I saw reviews before I venture into buying from them.

The worst decision today has been to enter in this shop. The staff is not professional, they absolutely don't know what they have to do, I could have done better at home. No professionals, no hygiene. The manager said many times "don't worry " , I was worried and I had all the reasons. When I had to pay they charged £33 for manicure and pedicure normal colour. I asked for my receipt and they gave me a paper that I could write by myself. No company details at hall. I should have called the police but after 2 hours and half in this shop I just wanted to go out. £33 throw in the bin basically. I will never ever come back in this shop and please do the same. I'm under shock, I have never seen something like that in my life.
