This company has blocked me on Facebook so my review doesn’t show up on their page after they tried to bribe me to remove it. To be honest other potential customers deserve to know the bad treatment some people may have received off them to make an informed choice of wether to use them or not?! I thought that was the point of a review system but apparently I’m not allowed an honest opinion. To cut a long story short I orderd online off them months and monhs ago and nothing arrived after a few weeks when it should have. And i tried every which way of contacting them which where all ignored. They happily took the money though! And then months down the line i get a reply on Facebook saying she was on holiday when the order was placed.. sorry do you not have staff dealing wih orders when your away? Should you not have a message online stating there will be a delay with any replies to emails and with postage? So yes i had a bad experience with them but for them to try to bribe me with a voucher and when i refuse to then block me on Facebook so it doesn’t show is very unprofessional! USE WITH CAUTION thats all i can say!

Booked a slot online, couldn't find the place, called the number provided on my confirmation text but no answer. Waste of a journey. Very disappointed.
