My experience of having electrolysis hair removal treatment with Sonia has been brilliant. She is totally professional, knowledgeable and experienced in her field, and I trust her completely. She considers the right approach for each individual client and carries out the treatment with empathy and understanding, and she is very supportive. She is also friendly and puts you at ease straight away. Her clinic is clean, welcoming, comfortable and very private. I am extremely happy with the results and intend to continue with further treatment in the future.

Sonia is very knowledgeable about hair removal and very honest when it comes to you attending. I didn’t feel that she was there to make money out of me by suggesting a long treatment plan. She took very appointment as a new one and gave the treatment accordingly. My hair growth has reduced exponentially and Sonia is to thank for that. Sonia is extremely friendly and an expert in this field. She clearly guided me through the treatment and what to expect. She is very skilled and a lot faster than others that I have seen. I have tried a number if treatments in the past, however none gave permanent results and only made the issue worse. I am extremely happy with my results with Sonia; it has restored my confidence and improved my skin overall. I would definitely recommend Sonia's services!

I have followed what is quite an extensive treatment programme and persevered because it's important to me and Sonia has delivered really significant results. It takes consistency and commitment but it's been made possible because I enjoy the chat and her professional yet light-hearted style. We have a bit of a laugh. Sonia is good at what she does and has been personally committed and interested in helping me achieve my goals. It's been a great investment.

Can't recommend Sonia's services highly enough, especially for black people or dark skin people! She's very professional, fair and highly experienced in what she does. Her prices are really good. She's super effective at removing hair quickly with no side effects, and leaving absolutely no damage behind. She's great at minimising any discomfort that comes with electrolysis, and even though I was nervous with starting treatment at first, I don't have any regrets doing it here.

I've been doing electrolysis for less than a year, once every 6 weeks or so and hair has thinned out or disappeared completely As a black woman I'm really glad I found her! I travel around 2 hours to go to her clinic and it's fully worth it.

Best place I have found for hair removal! After struggling for many years, trying different hair removal treatments, Sonia is the best person I have found to finally help me! So, I am very thankful to have found this place and her. I have had my face and body hair stimulated from laser hair removal, which isn’t common but can happen when not used correctly, so I have unfortunately spent years trying to get rid of my hair which has just got worse instead. Sonia is the only hair removal expert that I have met that has actually understood what has happened to my body and face, so I can get the correct the treatment finally. She also uses a very good electrolysis machine allowing my treatment to be more comfortable and she is very skilled to avoid pain and damage to my skin, which I appreciate this way I have no scaring and can get through my sessions with ease.
Sonia offers laser and Electrolysis which is perfect for someone like myself that has a complex problem with hair removal as Sonia has the knowledge and experience to understand what the best treatment is for each individual person.
As well as being a hero to my hair removal battle Sonia has also been a great support emotionally in my hair removal journey. When I came to her, I had almost given up and was quite defeated from my hair problems and after being in tears at times, Sonia has always been so supportive and understanding. She is great at removing hair and a lovely person as a whole, so I couldn’t recommend anyone better for hair removal.
The place is very clean freshly decorated and completely private when getting your treatment done.

I had never had laser hair removal before, nor electrolysis, and Sonia was so helpful and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. She's very honest and manages your expectations throughout the process which was helpful for me being new to the service. Sonia is also incredibly knowledgeable about the science behind hair and hair growth so you definitely feel like you're in safe hands.

Would highly recommend! I have no regrets apart from wishing I'd done it sooner.
