Best thing I have ever done and was made so more lovely by Andy and Andrea who were fantastic and so professional. From day one they made me feel relaxed and reaffirmed the decision I had made. So happy with the results and given me so much more confidence. Looks so natural and couldn’t be more happy with the results. Couldn’t recommend the Scalp Clinic more!!!! So I have just finished my SMP treatment at the Scalp Clinic and to say I am delighted is a bit of an understatement, Andrea and Andy are so professional in their work but also put you at ease and explain everything in easy to understand terms. I am so pleased with the results and should have had this year process done years ago. I found the treatment painless as well, and very reasonably priced too. I cannot recommend The Scalp Clinic highly enough.

Very happy with the results from my treatment, Andrea and Andy provided a very professional but calm, friendly, and relaxed service. They discussed the look I wanted to achieve and completed it over four or five sessions, it always felt like they really had my interests at heart and were never in a rush.

I said I wanted a 'natural look' so it would just like I had a shaved head, and they accomplished that because not one person has noticed that I've had the treatment done, they all just think I have a shaved head.

Iv recently got my hair done by Andrea and andy, it looks brilliant I’m so glad I got it done I have no regrets at all. They are both really nice and put you at ease all the time. I have just completed my SMP treatment at the Skin Clinic with Andrea and Andy and it has been first class all the way through the process, from consultation to completion.

I have endured Alopecia Areata for over 25 years of my life and now wish I had found this treatment earlier as it has been truly life changing in my appearance, confidence and general mental wellbeing; being able to feel the spotlight is now not purely on how I appear but who I really am and have received many compliments on the authenticity of the treatment; you simply cannot tell the difference between SMP and hair follicles; its that realistic; people do not believe me if I decide to tell them.

I also now have a sense of ease I should have had a long time ago about the way I view myself which anyone who has had hair loss, particularly Alopecia will understand well.

The treatment was delivered by Andrea and Andy with care, great communication, empathy and so much diligence; they are shining examples of the forefront of their specialism and from what I heard from them both was nothing but drive, passion and a quiet determination to deliver outstanding service delivery to all their clients with strong ethical and compassionate reasons for doing so rather than just for commercial return.

It is very heart warming to find such good and genuine people such as Andrea and Andy when you are in effect handing over your trust to visualise a cosmetic treatment you won't realise until its completed and I had total faith in them from start to finish; it was the right decision to take up SMP with the Scalp Clinic and the end result for me, was truly outstanding.

The treatment isn't without discomfort but given the staged layering process of SMP it makes it easily manageable and individually tailored to you; Andrea and Andy make it an enjoyable and friendly process and somewhat therapeutic given the journey you have likely being on to arrive at their door that you will undoubtedly share with them.

I wish to thank Andrea and Andy for their understanding, time, patience, excellence in application and attention to detail. I won't hesitate to return in years to come if I need to and anyone reading this either thinking, or hesitating with the idea of SMP, I can safely guarantee that you won't make a better choice of Clinic as its second to none.
