Wouldn't normally give a bad review but they are a rip off.after getting my hair cut I was told it was £12 I then told the girl I had a voucher from there website which was £10 off your first cut.the girl then told me she couldn't do that because the cut was normally £20 which she clearly just made up.im not bothered about paying £12 I normally pay more but that's not how you run a business very unprofessional. And my hair was patchy as well.

Very disappointed. On my first visit they kept me waiting for 20 mins and just kept telling me how busy they were. I decided to give them another chance. Then, having told me that I had to be there for 4 in order to have my colour and cut they kept me waiting. By 4.25 I was still sitting there and nothing was happening....when I asked if they would be long I was told ‘they were so busy’, yet my hairdresser, who I was told was the manager, was just sitting at the reception desk - at this point I left! She appeared to have a total lack of appreciation or respect for her customers or her customer’s time.

😡 Booked in for a hair appointment for a date in September for my sons wedding . They've failed to let me know that they wouldn't be there and that their salon is a building site being prepared for new owners! I am now left with nowhere to go as everywhere else is booked up. Really poor show, customer service appalling!
Will never recommend Paul Watts salons, and I know he has others elsewhere. I'd hate to think how he treats his staff if this is how he treats his clients.

I had a wonderful experience at Browns last week. My hairdresser was very lovely (sorry, can't remeber her name 😔), she did exactly what I asked for, was friendly and gave me few very good advices. I especially enjoyed the head massage when she was washing my hair (now my husband wants to go there because of that massage!!!) I felt very pretty after my visit there 🥰🥰

Had a lovely experience in the salon today. As always, the staff were super friendly and helpful. I had my hair cut and coloured by Katie who did a fantastic job, my hair is the exact colour that I wanted and looks super soft and shiny! She was so lovely and easy to chat to, looking forward to booking in again.

I had my hair cut and styled by Natalie in Oundle today. She was very knowledgeable and super patient. She took a lot of time to show me what I can do with my hair. I’m very pleased with my new style.

My Daughter had her hair done this morning, katie worked so hard on her hair,especially with her undercut. My daughter was over the moon.lovley friendly staff. Very clean. Fantastic price

The Paul Watts Oundle Team are fantastic! They are friendly and very professional. That’s why I’m more than happy to travel out to Oundle!
