Ruby Hook hairdressing

Just got home from a restyle and I feel amazing! Here's a huge thank you to Kay! . Fab colour, just what I explained and wanted. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new salon. Felt very comfortable and relax. Lovely, friendly, clean and great price too with 50% off November first visit, bonus! Already booked my next appointment.

I’m a regular customer of Browns Buckingham which I already know and love but today was my first visit to Ruby @ Browns. What a really lovely salon - spacious and bright with gorgeous decor. My hair was cut and coloured beautifully by Abigail and I was really pleased with the end result. All COVID guidelines were adhered to and I felt very safe in this environment. I would highly recommend this fab salon.

Update July 2020:
I have just had another cut and finish by Kay in Towcester after 4 months without having a cut due to lockdown. Although procedures have changed since reopening after lockdown restrictions, the salon staff maintain their friendly yet professional service and still gave a great service today. Kay had to wear a visor but after a short time, I barely noticed that it was there. Kay gave me yet another great haircut and even though I hadn't had my hair cut for about 4 months, my hair still looked okay before it was cut because my previous cut had been so good. However, it was such a relief to finally have my hair cut after so long and once again I was very impressed by the quality of my new cut and how lovely the new style looked.
I would also like to add that I am a wheelchair user and the salon is totally accessible and very spacious. I never feel uncomfortable in there in my wheelchair and the staff are always very helpful.

I like this new hairdressers in Towcester because the quality of my cuts by Kayley have been excellent. The salon is spacious, clean, tidy and everyone is welcoming and friendly whilst maintaining a professional feel about it. Kayley has cut my hair a few times and each time my hair has maintained shape and style even 7 or 8 weeks after having it cut which shows that the original cut is of a very good standard. The salon is not cheap but compares with other salons in the town quite favourably. They have had lots of offers however since opening and this makes Ruby @ Browns even more attractive when choosing where to get my hair cut in Towcester. They also offer a loyalty scheme which is a good incentive to keep going back. Overall, very pleased

and happy with my choice of hairdresser.

10/10 would recommend, very relaxed lovely atmosphere, scarlet was AMAZING!! i got exactly what I wanted and more, after bleaching my own hair off scarlet saved the day!! Thank you so much I will be back!!

+10/10!! Finally I found someone who not only is amazing at what she does but has been able to give me the colour I've been looking for after so long! I just had my second visit and have been so impressed that the colour from my first visit lasted between sessions - not a hint of brassiness or yellow tones and for the first time in YEARS, I didn't have to use to purple shampoo once - quite something for someone who has tried almost every purple shampoo available in a desperate attempt to tone down the brassiness that has always shown up after a few weeks after colour. Not only that, my root growth was hardly noticeable due to Ruby's amazing skills. So grateful to have found Ruby (who is just as lovely as she is talented) and I can't recommend her, Scarlett and everyone at Ruby @ Browns enough. A top class salon with top class people. Thank you Ruby!

I love using Ruby @ Browns. The service you get from all the girls is exceptional and I feel like they are now my extended family! I always leave with a big smile on my face and a very colourful head of hair!
