I booked in to fix my haircut and change the colour with Olga. I wish I had never done that now, instead of the silver grey hair I asked for, I got silver blond. I mean, even I know the difference. When it came to haircut she struggled to understand what I'm asking for so I decided to leave and was told I should do it myself in front of a mirror. Not something you'd expect to hear from a professional hairdresser. Now, the worst part of my experience was when she tried to overcharge me. Saying something down the lines of "it's my work and effort I put in hair that determines the cost", I couldn't belive what I was hearing. She got the colour wrong (never asking if it was ok), didn't fix my haircut and then tried to overcharge me. I mean, it's something you don't come across often, but I would certainly not go back or wouldnt recommend it anyone.
