Hairdressers messed up my hair so bad the first time I was there, went in for a root touch up and she actually made them darker and didn't say anything until I complained. I was also quoted £120 then at the end the manager decided she would change the price without telling me to £180. I said you can't change the price after you give me a quote but she kept altering the price after I went a second time. Overpriced and rude manager who works as a stylist so it always around.
Note- it won't let me reply to the comment but I was visible upset and I had to come back have them fix it. I didn't pay the £180 I had to meet them half way as they wouldn't let me leave with the original quoted price. The only thing I was ever happy about was the one stylist at the end who fixed my hair. I appreciate they work hard but please take responsibility for what happened and do not lie.

I live in Manchester but needed a hairdresser to do an updo for my sons wedding.My hair is not very long so I choose to make an appointment at Limelight in Clitheroe where the wedding was taking place. Libby did my hair and I was thrilled. She was very professional and just really nice. My hair was lovely and it stayed in place all day. I cannot recommend Limelight highly enough and Libby was fab. A completely professional service and environment. My first visit after having laboriously trawled sites and reviews in order to find somewhere that I felt could cut and colour my hair well at a reasonable price and which wasn’t too far away. The free consultation with Becky was a pleasure and comfort. This colourist knows exactly what she is doing and what will work best for the client and their hair. Nichola, the salon director and stylist, cut my short undercut style perfectly leaving the length, as I want to grow it. A real collaboration and proper exchange which is increasingly rare. The online booking service works well and queries are responded to quickly. I can highly recommend and will be back next month for a cut and colour.

I have been coming to Limelight for about 3 years now when I moved to the ribble valley and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have been getting my hair done by Nicola who is always so friendly and welcoming. She always listens to me and offers super advice. I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else! I even got my hair done for my wedding and it was perfect. All the staff are very warm and it’s eco friendly too which I love. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very friendly, attentive and keeping you informed every step of the way with what they are doing . I like the environment-friendly products, they smell and feel so luxurious. Libby is a true professional who cares about her clients and takes time to ensure you get the colour and cut you want.

Went here to have 2 inches of my shoulder length hair I had grown the past 12 months.Left with a large short chunk out of the back of my hair!
I phoned to complain .Went back to see nicola the owner and was told libby the girl who had cut it had just finished training..Was told we all make mistakes.. So nicola straightened my har which I thought a bit strange and cut it some more. Looked OK when I got home until I washed it and was just the same mess as before!
No apology or a offer of a refund!
Now have to pay to go to another salon to get it put right and end up with short hair which I didn't want!
NOT GOOD! AVOID!!!
