Excellent, professional hairstylists, delivering first class customer service. Having experienced many hair salons over the years, I can safely say, that Hairs and Faces are my all time favourite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this salon and must say that I am surprised that Google, has published such negative reviews, as they are not a true reflection of the business and its lovely staff. Hairs and Faces, highly recommended by a satisfied customer, who is not a private acquaintance of the owner.

Great staff, always welcome with beautiful smile. You can get any hair cut colour any style, they even good for nails as well 100% recommended. The only downfall is they have small shop if they get busy it feels uncomfortable other than absolutely great. Hair colouring is little expensive I think.

Attended last night for a full head of foils to correct a disaster I caused and Brad has done wizardry as I'm soooooo chuffed with the result. Very happy Jaqi ❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤ x

Got my hair done here today by a girl called Ella and I absolutely love it highly recommended all the staff there are very good at their jobs plain to see thank you so much ❤️❤️

Would definitely recommend. I have been going to Hairs and Faces for a long time. Started taking my daughter several years ago. My daughter is a teenager and very particular. They are brilliant. Initially being really scared to have a trim, my daughter now trusts them with a complete restyle and colour. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you

Amazing so relaxing and Tracey does an amazing job with my hair. For my wedding and my works party. Both occasions everybody loved it.

Poor customer service and they will rack up additional costs without telling you, such as switching stylists last minute and half way through a treatment. Owner doesn't listen and they've advised that they are not used to colour services acquired by ethnic minorities... don't go here!

Update to this review. After seeing the response from the owner Tracey to my review. It’s fine if you value your reputation. If a customer isn't happy you don't try and demean them on social media, you should have resolved my concerns right from the beginning and not ask your friends on Facebook to start trolling me, just because I left you one star. Also you can't take legal action for someone leaving a review, and it's unprofessional to threaten customers that you can! All you’ve done is threaten me to remove my review. If I wanted to, I could share your message with the whole world...

And I am a genuine customer, it's misleading to tell others that I'm not Tracey! And the reason this has escalated, is because of your behaviour. I'm sure people can judge for themselves that you take your reputation so seriously that your happy to insult your customers (as per your review of me personally). I am an ex customer; I’m one that's had the most awful experience and childish antics from the owner (as per her targeted messages at me) only make my experience worse. All I wanted was an apology for overcharging me and for delivering a hair style that I was not 100% happy with. It’s funny how you also ended up with lots of positive reviews in one day, after you noticed my review. Some of these people are the same ones you sent to troll me. Grow up.
