Me and my husband had a very positive experience at Viva. Firstly, Sophie fit us in at extremely short notice, was very caring, and showed interest in what we had to say. Sophie built rapport very easily, and put my husband at ease, as he was a little nervous, having never had his hair cut in a salon before. I am especially glad we had her as our stylist. Sophie was incredibly interesting to talk with. Very reasonable pricing, good customer service. We don’t live in this country, but I am definitely keen to have Sophie as my stylist when I come back in a couple of years.
All staff were friendly, polite and accommodating for my husband.

Fitted me in last minute. Super service. Talked through what was best and ended up with a wonderful haircut thank you so very much. I will definitely recommend and return.

My first visit to Sarah at Viva, and it won’t be my last. Felt she went above and beyond helping me restore my locks from post Covid lack of treatment. A week down the line I’m still smiling, was made to feel so comfortable.
