Victor is the “hidden gem” of Exeter which I was lucky enough to stumble upon by chance. It has been such a joyful experience to have my hair cut with him over the past 6-months. He is not only very affordable, but a very down to Earth, relaxed, positive and grateful person that I have had the honour of knowing. I hope others will be able to enjoy his quick and easy service as much as I have, especially if you want to practice your Spanish!

I’ve been to see Jenny a few times and every time is professional and friendly. Jenny coloured my hair recently doing an ombré effect and I’ve had lots of comments. She listens to what you want and talks you through the process. I can’t recommend her enough. 5* from me 👍🏻
