Usually have a fantastic experience at this salon but not tday,wish I had booked in with Beth who has always been fab! Senior stylist Lorraine had no idea what I had booked in for but carried on regardless, tried to explain what I wanted but just didn't listen which ended in poor results, I won't be back.

I asked the main hairdresser which hair colour would suit me as I wanted something new and different. I’d been thinking along the lines of pink or purple, anything to be honest. I was told it wouldn’t suit me as you had to have a certain type of personality. And I wasn’t it apparently. That was my final haircut with them. Tact was not her forte.

Loved my first visit to the salon. Friendly staff and totally professional in every aspect. my stylist was fabulous and she achieved the perfect colour. Looking forward to my next visit.
