They offer drinks and magazines while you wait and being attended too.
Your stylist talks and listens to you.
I love the head massage and back massage chair makes you feel lovely and relaxed.
My stylist was Nathan for the last two visits and both times I left I was pleased my the results.
Will highly recommended Ciente to anyone.

I had my hair coloured yesterday by Joe. Absolutely perfect! He did exactly what he had promised. I love the colour and texture and I am thrilled. I highly recommend his skills. My hair was washed and conditioned thoroughly by a lovely girl but I don't know her name. This salon is the best I have ever been to, and I have been to many. Lovely clean place, great stylists who have been there a long time, they are not too imposing when chatting, Neave is the one to go to, never had a bad cut in all my time using her!

A very tough time I went through and disappointing that this person could add to even more trauma than I had suffered already having lost my hair at the tender age of just 14.

The false promises from the sales pitch and unprofessional consultation where I was shown pictures of other clients without there knowledge or there permission, led me to fall into a emotionless and toxic trap that would result in me fighting for justice and my money back through the legal system for 3 solid years!

I have felt guilty ever since that my Dad invested so much money into a product to give me back my livelihood, that was not fit for purpose and failed from the offset.

Instead of doing the right thing, morally, this person left me with absolutely nothing!!

A person who seized to stop this line of business and avoid any further liability to its customers!

What does this tell you?

A person who sends you down a path of happiness, to then take your money. Mad I add, savings! To then have your happiness immediately changed to sadness and when challenged, the door firmly closed!!!

A very dishonest and rare type of character I only pray nobody else has to suffer on the back end of this.

We talk so openly about mental health now and encourage people to be kind, Always and understand others circumstances.

I know that if I didn’t have a loving family and friends around me, or being the strong person I have had to be through tackling hair loss so young and dealing with people like this, my circumstances and families could have been very different.

It’s worth a thought. How do you think you would cope if it was you??

I have had two haircuts by Ibi. Whilst he is there I won’t go anywhere else now!

This was my first appointment at Ciente, having booked with the top stylist. I expected so much more than I received. Having discussed my hair for far too long, I ended up with a bob which is what I didn't want, flicked up at the ends like the 1980s. My experience was interrupted 3 x for him to go and deal with other clients. This isn't what a woman wants when she's having a treat. At £80.00 that's alot of money for an interrupted trim! I'm yet to wash my hair but I'm quite certain it's not received the level of cutting I expected.
I found the salon stark and uninviting the recommendation was from a friend.
I will not be becoming a regular.

Always a welcoming and enjoyable experience. All the staff are fab n friendly. From amazing colourists, cutting, styling and beautiful blow drying. My fave salon plus coffees and wine! 😍
