Im 15 they ruins my hair. I wanted to go blonde and they totally wrecked it. My hair was green purple and grey. I cut off my hair and cried for days i couldnt even go out with my friends and all they could say was sorry. I saved my pocket money £140 and it was all a waste. They took 5 hours to ruin my life . Then tjey had the cheek to say come back and for another £140 well sort it out. They just wanted more money i hate them.
