Associates Hair Winchester

I went in for a trim and came out with a bald spot above my right ear! I only noticed it when I got home. No apology from the hairdresser. When I went back they tried to fix the problem by combing my hair forward and refused to give me any compensation. They didn't think it was serious enough. Personally, I think the embarrassment and humiliation of walking around with my scalp on show is serious. This is not what you expect when you pay a professional to cut your hair.

I've had 2 appointments with Amy so far and on both occasions I am very satisfied with the outcome. I've expressed my intent to get my hair lighter coming from jet black, she's explained to me how many appointments it may take to get the result I want and for both sessions we've done she's come out with amazing results! Been to a few hairdressers before expressing the outcome I want but nobody has delivered to lift my hair to this point until now. Looking forward to my next hair appointment!

Absolutely recommended! Went to have a cut with an online offer and it was so cheap and so well done!

Had my hair RUINED here. Once by Alice who angrily thinned it and it has never recovered. She even said "I don't know how anyone can deal with your hair". She left so I returned. However my hair was highlighted and they didn't have colour I wanted so it was basically greeny orange. Vile. 🤷🏻‍♀️Don't say I didn't warn you.

This is the second time I've had a bad experience at this salon. The first time I went my colour was amazing but my request for a 1 inch trim ended with my hair being cut from just below my breasts to shoulder length! Approx 4 inches! My next visit for a full head colour with no cut lasted 2 and a half hours and I left with my hair soaking wet! I paid for a senior stylist who had to leave half way through the service, and I was then passed around to a number of different people who just did not have the time to complete my service. I wrote in to express my feelings about paying for a senior designer and not receiving that service.. I have never heard back from Associates Hair. Needless to say - I would not recommend.
