Customer Service is just as important as hair styling. Kerry is very unprofessional, some other staff just plain rude. It took MONTHS to get a payment discrepancy rectified - did not take the deposit payment off a £150 bill - took emails and phone calls and old fashioned persistence to get £20 refunded! Beware. Inefficient record keeping and sloppy accounting. Robust financial controls would have shown the takings were over. Kerry just pockets the difference obviously.

Excellent service with very friendly staff who are always helpful. My hair is always washed and cut really well so I highly recommend Hype to cut your hair as I am always pleased with the result.
