I have been having my pathetic fine hair cut by Paul for many years and wouldn't trust anyone else anymore because he works miracles. Thank you Paul x

Had my hair done by Ruby at Dollys (part of Lisa Edwards) as I had a groupon. I was nervous as I had never been to this salon and I feel like most of the time I never leave a salon with what I want.

I am so happy!! Rubys skills are class A. Balyage like the pictures I am in love with my hair for the first time in years. In fact, no one has ever done my hair so well and I have been so happy with it.

On top of that Ruby and Robert (Dollys Makeup artist hes amazing!!) were so lovely I felt so welcome and made to feel a million dollars. Thank you so much Ruby and Robert. Lisa if you are reading this, these two are complete stars and deserve all the recognition!!

Always had my hair done in London but thought would try local...Paul was excellent..first time ever had a cut which was exactly what I wanted...

If I could put 0 stars I would, I went into this hairdressers and asked for an ash grey let’s say I didn’t get at all what I asked for. The staff are rude and have no clue how to colour hair and when you complain it is never their fault you always get that it’s something to do with your hair. Let’s say I will not be returning.

After 2 consultations to ensure the colourist knew what i wanted the end result was shocking.
I asked the staff to get me in to rectify the problem to which they couldn't until 7 days time. I was appalled to hear the lack of service given and asked for money back.
The manager has not shown any empathy towards this and refused to give money back as i went elsewhere to sort the horrendous colour out because they couldn't see me quick enough.
Going through small claims is a lengthy process which no one has time for and this company knows it!

Julie and Dee couldn’t do enough to rectify my hair. I had experienced a bit of a styling mishap and these ladies looked after me tremendously from start to finish. Julie with her warm and genuine ‘front of house’ greeting along with Dee’s knowledge and experience. They certainly deliver a sterling service. Thank you so much ladies, my hair is feeling rather happy, once again.

I had a cut and a perm done today by Julie in Petersfield and it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a hair salon. Julie was so knowledgeable, kind and talented. She worked with me to get my absolute dream result and I couldn’t be happier!!! I will never let anyone else do my hair, even though I have to drive over an hour to see her. She’s one of the loveliest people I know! So grateful!!!

Just back from Lisa Edwards in Petersfield, best haircut ever. JJ was so warm and welcoming, listened and gave lots of advise. Colour and cut was amazing, the salon staff were friendly and it had a nice vibe. I’ll definitely be back, thank you. X
