It was a very welcoming, and comfortable experience! Their lead stylist Sam made me feel like I was in control, and did not pressure me into a decision I was uncomfortable with, like I have experienced in the past. She showed me the exclusive range of Schwarzkopf products dedicated to my hair type, and recommended a hair colour that would be complimentary to my skin tone. Overall my experience was nothing short of exemplary!

Had a really great haircut here! My hair was in very bad condition and is now super refreshed. The staff are really friendly and chatty and pricing is good. Would definitely recommend!

I booked in with ASK as I had just moved to Chesham and they had great reviews online. I was not disappointed at all; i had a lovely time and a fantastic haircut.

Straight away I was put at ease with very friendly faces- and I had a consultation about my hair. Sam listened to exactly what I wanted and suggested what would help with my hair - taking some weight out from underneath without having to put any layers in. She also graduated my growing out fringe really nicely. In my experience it’s rare to have someone understand what I wanted and do exactly that! She also gave me lovely tousled curls which weren’t too stylised - perfect for me.

I want to give a glowing review to Sam and ASK salon. I get a bit anxious when I meet new people and go to new places; but the warmth and calmness of Sam and the team was lovely. I didn’t feel under any pressure to make idle chit chat and gossip which I find is the case at so many hair dressers. We had a really relaxing chat and I felt very comfortable and at home.

I’m so happy I’ve found a calming environment and wonderful hairdresser in Chesham. Thanks guys ! X

If you want a balayage from brunette hair and want to WASTE 200+ £ FOR NOTHING, this is the perfect place to come....clearly somebody needs more experience in listening and most important CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! How can you talk over and over your customer endlessly and not even offer the chance to make it better if the customer is unhappy after have paid 200+ £ ? How an earth??? Well, it is clear that your customers
's happiness with the end result DOES NOT MATTER TO YOU !

I was told one price then over charged when my hair was finished. Whilst in the chair the owner was telling other customers I refused to have my hair trimmed for £40 i did not want. I had already agreed to £98 for a full head bleach then she told the customers again i wouldn't pay for a toner i knew nothing about. She said my hair would not look good if I did not have a toner for an extra £30. I made it clear we agreed a full head bleach at £98, because I was not happy she said she would do extra at a loss, a load of rubbish. . And before you mention the condition of my hair colour etc you had already checked it before you started bleaching my hair, you said you had no idea I had a darker colour which I had already mentioned to you.
When finished she charged me £110.
She was very unprofessional in telling customers I refused and it was very embarrassing , I did not book for a hair trimm or extra toner. And I really had enough of hearing the F word
I will never go back there again.

Booked an appointment with 3 weeks notice for next Saturday. Just got a text out of the blue to say it's cancelled, without so much of a call beforehand or reason why. Very disappointed as was keen to try them as a new customer. All I can assume is they are having trouble due to covid. But they should have called (or explained in the cancellation text) as a common courtesy.
