Olivia did my hair today in a relaxed friendly atmosphere, it felt like a real treat. I loved the end result and felt listened to with what I wanted. They even provided me with an umbrella as I left as the heavens had opened. All in all I’ve had a wonderful experience at The Strand. Thanks Olivia

Absolutely love my new hair ❤️ Emily was fantastic, I didn’t really have much of an idea what I wanted and let her guide the colour choices - I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you. For the next month I shall be found showing off my hair to everyone and anyone!

This was my first visit to The Strand. Hollie is an absolute professional and so knowledgable about colour. She gave an honest opinion and suggestions on how to correct my colour. I am truly delighted with the result. The salon has such a friendly vibe and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend Hollie and The Strand. You won’t be disappointed.

My hair appointment with Holly today was perfect, absolutely nothing else different I would have wanted, here is why:
1. As always the ladies at the Strand make you feel welcomed and check you in at reception
2. Was seen shortly after arrival and looked after properly being offered a hot drink immediately as I got to my seat
3. Holly was keen to learn what look I was after and she listened! Actively listened and asked clarifying questions about what/how I’d like for both my cut and colour which are equally important.
4. With no hesitation went and mixed the needed colours whilst I was enjoying my coffee and offered suggestions of what could suit me an caring tips for my type of hair
5. Was very friendly, down to earth and came across very genuine and authentic, but with standout expertise in terms of dos and don’t make when it comes to hair and haircare.
6. Overall couldn’t be happier with my results!

Not only is Emily a fantastic hairdresser but lovely company too. I felt really comfortable, we had great chat and I left the salon with perfectly straight hair without the need to use a straightener....which is a first. I have naturally curly coarse 3b hair and I was amazed at how effortless she made my hair so sleek. Thanks Emily, I've found my new hairdresser 😊

Had a great cut from Emily today! She took off around four inches, helped to frame my hair, and styled it beautifully! Feeling super fresh and the hair is so much more healthy after a deep condition. Thanks for a great cut :)

Emily is a very nice girl, knows exactly what’s good for me and was very professional. I trust her completely with this radical change to my hairstyle which is going to happen next week. Today was just a consultation but I feel very confident in Emily’s knowledge and experience

Rachael is a super stylist and has given me the best cut and colour today. The lovely Jade sorted me out with a couple of drinks and also did my blow dry and wavy finish. Such a fabulous team! Super happy with the quality of service! Highly recommend!
