Beau took the time before the appointment to understand what I wanted and had plenty of ideas when I arrived. Really easy to talk to, flexible and listened to what I wanted.

Through the appointment her experience shone through to perfect the look and made me feel so relaxed and comforted that i didn't want to leave!

Beau really cares about her clients and the customer experience. She never rushes, has a beautifully clean salon and offers a lovely selection of drinks.

Having my hair done by Beau is a lovely experience. From the moment you walk through the salon door you are extremely well looked after. Beau is amazingly patient listening to what you would like and makes sure you leave loving your cut and my colour each time. Beau has cut and coloured my hair several times now. I am really pleased with the cut it is by far the best cut have had for years. The colour is just what I asked for and each time she has taken great care to ensure I am happy with the result. She also uses really good quality products. The price is very good value for the high standard of service. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I would definitely recommend.

Beau was so wonderful, and really listened to what I was after. I trusted her judgement completely, and my hair came out looking great. I went for a new colour I had not tried before, so I was a little nervous it wouldn't come out right or suit me but Beau did an amazing job, and was incredibly patient as it took most of the day.
