Excellent Hair Salon. Such lovely helpful friendly staff. Donna & Steve really instil a good ethos in their team & the ongoing training ensures that all the needs of the customers are met to the highest standard. I've been having my hair cut here for 15 years & although I haven't always had it cut by the same stylist, I've always been delighted with the results. The decor is modern light & airy, but with a warm ambience of dark woods mixed with chrome lighting & big comfy chairs even at the sinks.

Absolutely fantastic service. Had my hair cut and styled today by Vicky. She was so welcoming and has given me the best cut I've ever had. Would highly recommend.

I have used these hair dressers for several years. However twice in the past 2 years they have messed up my hair. The first time was by Adele and I reported it to the owner Donna who then rectified it and assured me it will not happen again. I then switched to Chelsea who did the same thing again. They both have completely messed up my hair cut. People there are deceitful and I wouldn’t trust or recommend them. Absolutely horrific experience. Even after explaining everything it is done deliberately.

Been to Dontev a few times now to their new blowdry bar, such a stunning salon, the girls are all lovely and polite. April my stylist gave me a big bouncy blowdry. Never disappointed, the drinks and nibbles are a added bonus. So nice to find somewhere in Ashford just for a blowdry. Definitely be back xxx

Excellent salon. All new young trainees are trained by director. Very kind courteous and professional. All staff are trained to a very high standard. I Have been going there for over 25 years and will continue to do so.

My daughter and I had coloured our own hair in lockdown and really badly damaged it. Dontev gave us both a professional consultation and a few weeks later we booked in.
