Lovely staff here, they always manage to fit us in. My kids haven’t always been keen to get their hair done but have never complained about coming to Paula’s - or about the results either! On top of this it is very reasonably priced.

Truly awful. My husband came home with a lot of hair sticking out so I had to finish it at home.
Unfortunately I went there as well. My hair looks really really bad. I’m unable to make them look good! It looks like Paula went blind when cutting my hair.
Also when washing my hair she asked if I would like hair conditioner (??? Of course!) and before straightening she sprayed almost nothing on my hair to protect it. Really disappointed.
Never again!!!

From start to finish my experience is always amazing here. I am always really looked after and they really know what they are doing. They listen to what I want with my hair and it always looks perfect!

Recently I had tape extansions, exquisite quality and much more comfortable then micro-rings or easy-locks. They have lasted so well and I’ve had so many compliments on my hair saying it looks really natural & full. No one has noticed they are extensions unless I tell them! Amazing and would recommend to anyone! Also customer service and staff are always very welcoming and friendly. 10 stars! Xx

I have been coming here for more than 10 years now, 2-3 times a month. It's so nice here that even with having moved house three times during this time I've continued to make the effort to get here. All the staff are lovely, friendly, welcoming and caring. I highly recommend coming here over anywhere else!

Had a perfect dry cut at Paula's today by Sylvia. Paula and all her staff are lovely and cut your hair the way you ask. Couldnt ask for a better team of hairdressers.

Friendly service and the cut was quick, fast and reasonably priced and I actually love it! Not very often you leave a hairdressers not hoping it will grow back quickly....

Staff are absolutely amazing just a shame so much pressure has been put on the young girls and are all leaving because they are treated poorly my the owners and made to feel like they have no worth
