Excellent cut and highlights by Rob! Very happy. And the salon is spacious, light and clean, conveniently situated opposite John Lewis in Bentalls Centre Kingston, with appropriate measures in place, so I felt comfortable venturing out to the hairdressers for the first time since lockdown.

Excellent service. I have been a regular customer for many years, and I am always very satisfied with my haircut. I highly recommend this place and my stylist Becci :)

I got my hair cut by Laura today who not only did an amazing job but was also very sweet and friendly. It’s very hard to find a good, local hairdresser who really captures what you’re looking for but she really did a great job. Will definitely be coming back.

The worst haircut of my life: I look like an old woman. The styling has added 20lb to my face and I cannot see a way to fix this without shaving it off. Will never be back

Today’s Black Friday with a lovely warm weather! It’s marvellous to have a new haircut nearby.
Blessedly, I’ve chosen HAiR associates. It’s established at Bentall Shopping Mall for decades. The hair products are high-end but the price is reasonable indeed. The service is great and I have a cup of nice breakfast tea as well.
My stylist is Kate who’s friendly, professional, efficient & helpful. It takes around 2 hours to complete my hair treatment and haircut only.
The most important point is that I’m extremely delighted with my new hairstyle. Kate can read my mind although I’m her first client from Hong Kong. She has to know how to deal with Asians’ hair professionally. It’s good to find the suitable hairstylist in my living area instead of other districts honestly. I dare to try new hairstyles as well as hair stylists. In fact, exploring and trying new things is so fun.
Anyways, thank you so much for making my day, Kate! I’ll meet you again soooooo soon 😄🤓😆

I usually cut my own hair as i’ve had bad experiences of the stylist not understanding what I want in the past but I decided to try this place today after being recommended by a friend and I’m so happy !! Layla did an amazing job, so kind and friendly and explains everything she’s doing, well worth the price !
