This Salon is both friendly and Professional. Both the beautician and hairdressers are attentive to your needs and give care to attention to detail. I personally have had beauty treatments and hairdressers and was very pleased with their service. They do an excellent job and prices are fab. This salon is tucked away and located in Cloisters Mall in Kingston Upon Thames open 7 days a week. The staff are welcoming and chatty providing tea and magazines for a Pleasant stay during your treatment. Great advantage is you can book online.

This place has absolutely amazing and professional staff. They are extremely welcoming and helpful. I had my hair cut here and it looks fantastic. Exactly what I wanted! I also did my waxing here. It was fast, effective, painless and I got exactly the results I was looking for. I definitely recommend this salon to others. I will absolutely one hundred percent be returning!!!

It was my first time visiting this hair salon and had the best experience. Staff were really friendly and professional. They were also able to provide me a room where they can do my hair privately as I do where a head scarf. The lady who did my hair was so nice. Absolutely love my new hair, thank you very much! Definitely will be going back.

Friendly enough staff but paid £28 for a haircut I could have done myself. I was in there less then 15 minutes and wasn't any form of styling just a straight cut. Slightly disappointed 😞 especially as there were a lot of uneven bits I had to trim when I got home.

Pooja does the best job of facial threading… absolutely no concept of customer service in anyone else’s mind here.

I had booked and paid for an appointment in advance, and I’ve been waiting for about half hour… still no sign of the threading person!

Not coming back here next time unless Pooja is available.

I went in to cut my 11year old daughters hair, she has curly hair. I asked for the ends to be trimmed and some layering, it was a total mess, uneven cut and when i asked where the layers were he just kept picking at my daughters hair and said here they are! And just kept cutting the ends, and said ‘i can go on for hours, she has curly hair!’ ended up with me styling her hair at home. I wish i had taken some pictures. Never going back!

I am absolute not satisfied. I told to the hairdresser what l wanted he does with my hair and he didn't care. More times l told him "please don't cut my hair like that, because l don't like it, l don't want that and he absolute did not care about what a customer wants.
I told him what not to do with my hair, and he exactly did that what l didn't want. Instead of a good hairstyle my hair looks undemanding and l feel like there is a musroom on my head. I had to pay a lot of money and l just feel uncomfortable and that l don't deserve same beauty than anyone else because l don't have enough hair to it. Never go back!

Eugene is a great hairdresser and stylist. He is also honest about results that can be achieved with one’s hair so expectations are managed well before any treatments are done.
He is also very pleasant and customer service oriented. Thanks Eugene!!
