It was amazing- really nice atmosphere and kind and friendly staff. The stylists are quite accommodating to your needs and offer you various drinks. There are plugs and some chargers next to each seat. The prices were decent- especially compared to other salons in the area. I’m very happy with my hair right now because of my stylist and they provide a free hair and colour consultation!

I had Ruby for a half head of highlights and she did an absolutely amazing job!! I am so so happy with the colour and she knew exactly what to do for my face tone. The blonde is beautiful and looks amazing and fresh. She’s a very talented colourist! Thank you Ruby ❤️

WOW!!!!! Ruby from Scissors Palace just transformed me like the fairy Godmother with highlights and a cut - never been happier with a hair colour!! This woman deserves an award, she goes over and beyond for her customers, THANK YOU RUBY! ❤️

Excellent balayage and cut from Ruby, she has transformed my hair and I could not be happier. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Amazing treatment with tea, coffee and wine offered, I can’t wait to come back!

I have no choice but to leave 1 star. I pre-booked my appointment on Treatwell. Stylist "Ruby" was loud and rude and wanted to charge me £50 extra, but the manger intervened, resolved the matter and changed the stylist to "hair guru" Lau. Lau was nice but she completely ruined my hair. We had a lengthy discussion, I showed some pictures and explained that I wanted my whole hair dyed in 1 colour - aubergine/blackberry. We also looked at the catalogue. Upon completion, the hair looked too black, but she said it was because of the light in the room. I came home and was in shock - I have highlights in my hair (my old hair colour). She was dying with a brush and clearly didn't do it properly. I have no idea how she is called a hair guru. The manager is great and women helping the stylist are lovely but this is the worst salon in the area and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I had the best experience with Ruby! She is such a lovely lady and an excellent stylist. I turned up without an appointment and she was more than happy to accommodate. I was so happy with my cut and blow dry. This hairdressers always has the best customer service and I feel so welcome and looked after. Thank you!
