I have tried many salons in London and this one is BY FAR THE BEST!!!!

They have 3 Senior Stylists who all do a good job but if you have to choose then ask for TOYA!!

She always makes me walk out BOUNCING and checking myself out in the mirror! 😂👌🏽

Simply the best experience ever ,well educated Stylist excellent all round knowledge and creative styling . Welcoming atmosphere friendly Team 👍🏾

Great customer service, and fantastic results once my hair is styled.

I have the best hair stylist her name is toya she begin doing my hair for over ten years never been disappointed ❤

They cancelled by text 30 mins before the 2.00pm appointment. I didn’t see the text as I was driving. Very unprofessional in the way they handled it. Not impressed. 👎

I must make one correction: You and I were conversing at 14:05. I looked at my mobile and commented on the time in response to your comment that the stylist had just left the shop.

Never mind. These things happen. I always appreciate a business that respects my time as much as their own.I hope to write a favourable review in the future.

I remember going to this salon a few years back. Never again. The stylist was an hour late. No apology. Did not do the consultation properly which resulted in my hair being colored wrong. Then she spoke to the receptionist in front of me ABOUT me. Had some stinking raas attitude coz baby father drama that morning, which she explained to one of his friends that stopped in to ask her about him. Joke ting. From now on i go salon 330 on old street. I suggest every one else does the same. How this salon is still operating, lord knows!

Always a warm welcome. Get what you pay for. Nice friendly atmosphere

Not scissor happy
Will style hair good
They give ok advise on hair care (definitely not experts)

Cons
Favoritism towards certain clients which will result in them taking short cuts on certain clients hair i.e. not using heat protector (a major no)

Advise
Treat all clients with respect
