I found that they listen to what the customer wants and act accordingly. It's not all about making money, customer services is paramount which makes a big difference. Great staff!

My daughter absolutely loves visiting this Salon. She has very thick and long Afro hair......the kind that as a mother I was terrified of managing myself but had no choice or at least thought I had no choice until I visited this Salon with her. We started visiting Claudette and her crew from age 5 we have never looked back. I get her hair washed, treated and blow dried every few months and my daughter is so pleased after every visit. No tantrums like she did with me. Highly recommended for the care and patience shown, products used and friendly staff.

They are a great salon and I have expirenced many things from there they always get it on point and if you tell them you want something they will do just that and if you don't want it anymore they will always find a way to change it

Went to platinum to get my frontal done and some bundles put in the lady (shop owner) didnt know what she was doing my hair was a mess what made it was worst I went on my birthday I was so frustrated I wouldn’t recommend at all
