I come here for a trim. Mr Kofi takes care of my hair. It's a busy unisex salon along with a nail technician on hand for the ladies to get their manicures....

Accompanied by positivity, laughs and a mixture of different faces Supreme Hairdressers and nail salon never fails to make me leave with a beaming smile on my face!!

Annie the Empress, a long time hairdresser at this place has been doing my hair for the past year now and it guts me to know that that this is one of the only things I can do to show my appreciation. There hasn’t been one day I have been here where I have not felt welcomed and satisfied by the stupendous customer service and overall kindness of staff!!!

Came to Annie to get my wig coloured and laid. She managed to get the colour spot on and i left looking like a baddie! Really good prices and service. Very happy :-)

awful place. dirty, rude staff, very foreboding atmosphere ..unlike any place i've ever seen.

No concept of a caring customer-frienddly service. No smiles, no chatter, no welcoming cups of tea. And the place and hair utensils are disgustingly unclean.

Couldn't wait to get out of there quick enough

The worst experience ever.

I called a day before to get an appointment for my 2 daughters and explained they hair types I wanted a wash blow dry and trim.

I asked how much it will cost and Annie said £20.00 each. I asked if it will be a good blow dry or a normal she said I use the brush technique so it will be well done.

I asked the time to come we agreed at 1.30pm i asked if it will be busy she said no.

Well we arrived on time she was with a client fine for me a bit of a wait.

She asked if my daughter hair were washed Euhhh!!!no I came for a wash trim and blow dry

She said her daughter will come and help we never saw her.

She wash my eldest daughter hair blow dry with the attachment at the end of the dryer and that was it.

I was shocked I asked her if she was finished she said yes I said I came for a wash blow dry and trim.

She said that this is the best she could do and what about the trim well its not included in the price.

I was really not pleased how can a professional can agree to have customers and don't do was she's asked. She said that my daughter hair was more than what she expected I agree to it she has lot of hair.

Clearly she just wanted an extra income without caring about the customer demand.

I offered her to pay more if she could trim because my main intention of coming was because of the trim as what she did I could have done it myself and even better.

She had an other boy waiting for her and his mum was not happy she had a word with Annie when Annie came back she said she won't be able to trim my second daughter hair as her time is limited.

That she squeezed my daughters into her schedule to do they hair.

Wait wait so I asked if she was busy she said no and at the end she didn't do what she was meant to do and she dare said she is not a nasty person.

Well I will not call her like that however she's very unprofessional no trustworthy and not caring.

She clearly wasted my time and did nothing of what i asked and I had to pay 40.00 which she doesn't deserve.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

I wish I read all reviews before booking as this is this business trend of not fulfilling what they are meant to do.

WORST PLACE EVER

I would steer clear of this place at all costs!
I had an appointment booked with a specific nail technician (tannail205 on Instagram) @11am. I was BARELY 5 mins late, on top of that I had messaged him prior to me arriving to try and let him know I was stuck in a bit of traffic - no response. When I arrived he was literally in the middle of somebody else’s nails; when I realised this looked like it was going to take a while I asked him how long will I have to wait considering I have PREBOOKED for 11am. He then very abruptly asked told me I was “late and I’d just have to wait, if I’m in a rush I should go somewhere else”. I explained to him I had just travelled all the way from CHISWICK IN WEST LONDON and I thought that it was out of order and he just continued to reiterate what he had just said while smirking and sniggling in front of all his other customers! I just ended up walking out! I’m disgusted I was treated like that especially as I have came to him a few times. He clearly thinks he’s something special due to his high number of Instagram followers but has no manners or customer service. I anticipate that the company will respond and try to say I was late and overreacting but it’s more the fact I was spoken to so rudely and humiliated, is what has bothered me! Plus I was coming here to get my birthday set done ready for Monday and won’t be able to get a slot before then anywhere else!

Love this place, honestly been coming to Annie for years and have always been pleased with my results. I’ve brought many of my friends to this salon and they’ve all become loyal customers. 10/10 would recommend!
