MIRROR MIRROR HAIRDRESSING

Had my lashes done, they didn’t last a week, some of them glued to my eyelids. Had to go somewhere else to get them fixed she’s been horrified about it. Got acrylics done, i had to go back several times to get it fixed. I asked for a tragus piercing and the woman did a daith piercing instead.. honestly I have no words I will never bother to go back. For the amount of money you’re charging you can’t keep making those mistakes, especially the lashes that was the cherry on the top ..

I visited the salon for the first time on 18th June. Always nervous for a new salon for the first time. I needn't have worried very friendly staff. Aimee D styled my hair I showed her a picture of what I wanted and the end results was fabulous.I came out on cloud 9. Thanks aimee I will be back in 6 weeks.

Sarah was absolutely amazing, i was nervous about my appointment as it had been some years since going to a salon due to a bad experience, She is so lovely, conversation was easy and not awkward like they sometimes can be with meeting new people and she did an absolutely amazing job, I cannot fault my hair, Sarah or the service I recieved today, the other ladies in the salon were lovely too and the free conversation between them and them including myself and other clients within their conversation really made my experience an amazing one. I would 100% recommend Sarah, I now have amazing hair and that makes me feel great, something I've not felt in a long time.

Unfortunately I decided to give Mirror Mirror another try after 1 bad haircut in the past and it was the worst idea ever – had my hair cut and left with 2 completely different lengths on each side of my face – when I saw it at home I couldn’t believe somebody who is supposed to be a hairdresser cannot even cut in straight line – after requesting a refund for this botched job I have been told that difference in hair lengths would be because I changed my parting (which I never did) – love how they try to blame you for something they cannot do properly.
I went to another hairdresser to have it fixed and they guessed the name of the hairdresser who botched the haircut straight away so clearly there are more people around who had the same issue – maybe it’s time to look into it Mirror Mirror rather than trying to blame customers for your hairdresser’s incompetency?

Don’t waste your money at Mirror Mirror as they are quick to take your money for a ***** job but don’t take any responsibility when you want a refund

Ridiculous to think that after I had a bad experience the manager deemed it to be ok to refuse me a refund and mention a " re do" after I left with nothing what was stated between me and the stylist - bleached my hair and now it's in tatters and I left looking like a complete joke after over 100 spent this is a just bad customer service.

Should of checked the reviews first.

Honestly go to somewhere else which doesn't have to offer re dos as a fail.

It's comments like that which personified your ignorance.
