Went to the salon the other week and absolutely loved it. Everyone working there was brilliant, so friendly and nice.
The salon itself is gorgeous- clean, light, airy.
The stylist who did my hair was phenomenal. Absolutely love the outcome of my hair.

Definitely will be going back there!

I love my new haircut and colour! Moreno has absolutely done an amazing colour correction from red that has been built up for many years to a lovely pink tone. He has been so patient listening to what I want and explained the process clearly step by step. He is also very nice and friendly. The washing chairs are very comfortable unlike some other salons’ chairs that break the neck. Blow dry was ok - not the best at the same day, but looked great the next day (my hair is curly) I received a lot of complements. I will definitely be revisiting again 🙂 Thank you!

I've gotten several haircuts at the salon now and rate the service and professionalism very highly. I am always offered a drink or a beverage when I arrive, the staff are always very nice and polite and the overall service is the highest quality you'll find in London. I have been to Daniel Mikhael numerous times for cuts, styling, blowdries and colour. I continue to be impressed by the professionalism, fabulous service and high quality treatments. A wonderful environment that is incredibly welcoming and I've always walked away feeling like a million dollars! I would recommend Daniel Mikhael to anyone looking for a fabulous haircut.

Last week I booked in an appointment to get full head highlights. I had been to this place before and was happy with the results. This time it was very different.

I arrived on time but was told to wait 10 minutes. After 10 minutes it was wait another 10 minutes and had to wait a total of 45 minutes. According to the receptionist it was Treatwell's fault and I should have booked directly to avoid this (it is the first time in 6 years of using Treatwell that I hear this).

When I sat in the chair, the very junior hairdresser (it was her first day) wasn't sure about the procedure and asked for help (not a problem in itself) but only got help from another junior as there was no senior around. In the end I, the client who has no experience at all, gave some instructions based on my previous highlight sessions.

I mentioned a couple of time that the bleach was in my hair for a pretty long time but they were still putting highlights in another part of my hair so didn't pay much attention to the hair that already has been highlighted. In the end the bleach was in my hair for about 2 (!) hours. This is way too long and can break and damage hair. Especially my thin hair so I was and am still worried that my hair will break easily. I also experienced red itchy skin.

Washing of my hair was done with cold water only.

After the bleach the juniors didn't know when to put toner in my hair so I explained that as well.

Because of the long wait and all the insecurities the juniors had the appointment already took 4 hours at this point instead of 2 and a bit and I had to leave with wet hair.

At every single step in the process, things went wrong and as a client felt I had to calm the juniors and explain what to do. This is not how it should be.

When the owner arrived he immediately denied my suggestions about having a senior around, he said it was fine to have bleach in your hair for 2 hours (my skin was red and irritated but he didn't want to have a look), acted arrogant and tried to put me down.

After that he walked away and never came back leaving everyone apologising to me and telling me I should get a refund.

I was feeling sorry for the staff that works in this unsupportive situation. Hope it will improve.

Thank you Masha for a fabulous haircut and colour which has made me feel like myself again, I am very particular in how I like my hair to move and Masha got it perfectly. The salon is a calm and welcoming place to be and I always come away feeling fabulous!
