Stylist I had was Tom who in my view is top class. Very professional, no fuss service. They just get on with it once you arrive at the salon. I highly recommend them."

I have been going to this saloon to dye my roots for a couple of times. They have been accepting walk ins. Last week I also needed hair cut, simply trimming at the ends. As I walked in I told the first person I saw what I needed and they sat me to do the job. A lady who has not dyed my hair previously started the work. She first dyed my roots and then when washing the dye she poured water on my back and eyes. My jumper got wet and she said it was my fault because of not sitting well enough although I was not upset or anything. I also could not understand her instructions on how to sit due to her really poor English (I am used to different accents and don’t mind as long as I am able to understand). Then she started cutting my hair but did not seem to know what she was doing, she was moving het arms in a strange way and hitting my face with elbows and getting too close to me which is quite unusual. I was very distressed and the owner of the saloon was sitting just behind. She was measuring every multimeter to be cut again and again.She did not even cut half in 10 more than minutes, I could not bare it anymore and said I wanted to leave. Went to the till to pay and owner of saloon was there who has been watching all this and my distress without doing anything. He quickly finished the hair cut as a compensation and said it was my fault because I walked in and got whoever is available instead of getting an appointment for him to cut my hair! It was a nice day till I walked into that saloon and this kind of treatment is not something you would expect. I will never step in that place again. Please avoid at any cost!

The best of the best!!! King Tam is the only man that I will ever trust with my hair. All the staff are very friendly and the customer service is 10/10!

I came to this hairdressing salon for the first time yesterday thanks to the recommendations of a friend, and I have absolutely no regrets! I needed a change of head and hairstyle, and Aria understood exactly what I wanted. The whole team has been lovely and warm to me. I highly recommend ! this is my best hairdressing experience here in london!
