Love going here. I have only been to a handful for hairdressers, but Q2 locs is so amazing! They're welcoming, quick, efficient and always able to do the hair styles I want whilst providing expert knowledge on how to care for my locs. Highly recommend

Quinton is a nice guy but can't say my experience was a positive one. I don't have afro-textured hair and although the website says he caters for all hair types I emailed and tried to call just to make sure he could cater for my hair type, unfortunately my emails weren't replied to and phone calls not answered. In any case I went to my appointment, however he was not there yet and I needed to wait 1.5 hours for him to arrive. Once he did we briefly discussed what the tactic was going to be, I am a complete novice when it comes to locs so I was happy to go along with his suggested technique. After around 2 weeks the locs really started to unravel quite drastically and each loc only had a really small knot in them and left my hair in a matted mess. 10-15cm from my roots was basically normal hair. I decided to wash and try to brush out my hair and try another loctition. Today I had them done and couldn't be happier with the results. I'm sure Quinton does fantastic work for certain hair types but it would have been beneficial for both of us if he has told me he was unable to do mine properly, wasting both of our time, and money for me.

What an amazing place! Honestly. Very happy with the service! And their hair products are magnificent. I purchased the oil. I used on mine and my child’s hair. Staff are so friendly and very professional and take alot of pride in their craft. Truly recommend you visit Q2 Locs Parlour. You will be happy you made the trip.

Heard about this place from work colleagues and friends. Started using the service last year in March and have used it twice so far. Initial experience was good and had hair done fast. Good vibes in the salon and good selection of music. The only down side is the pricing. On the website it says pricing starts from a certain amount and by the time you have your hair done you get told it’s costing £80 which I think is too much. It’s either you state pricing for shoulder length will cost so much and mid back length is this price so that you know exactly what you are paying for. Besides that Quentin is good, has knowledge about locs and gives you suggestions. Time keeping though is a bit of a problem because when you book a slot at times you end up staying longer because the hair will not be started in time.

It was an amazing experience! The staff are both wonderful, skilled and friendly. I started my loc journey a year ago and ever since my hair has had a significant amount of growth and is very well cared for. I Highly recommend coming here :)

I went to a previous loctition
and I was unhappy with my hair. I went to Q2 Locs Parlour following a recommendation. I met AJ and Quintin who took care of me. It's been 6 months now and my Locs are thriving. I am extreamly happy. The staff are always friendly and professional. There is always a nice vibe in the place with good music selections. Come and find out for yourself. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

I have been going to Q2 Locs Parlour since November 2021. I have always found them to be very helpful and polite. It’s been a long journey for my locs to form as my hair texture is different 😃. I would recommend anybody starting their locs journey to use Q2

Q2 Locs Parlour is such a hidden gem! I came here before lockdown in 2020 to start my locs and have been thrilled to come back. They are very welcoming and friendly and have one of the best salon playlists I've heard in a while!
It was great to see the redesign and all the products they sell. The earrings are beautiful and I can't wait to try their hair oil.
I highly recommend visiting if you are looking for a comfortable and easy-going yet professional experience.
