Didn't know how to reassure a worried child. Hacked hair off in great, uneven chunks despite request for "just a trim, please don't take very much off". When my wife told them they were taking too much off they just stopped and said it was done.

Totally child and parent focussed hair dressers specialising in keeping kids happy while they get a haircut. Sam completely understands her customers and is great with little ones.

Awful experience. The hairdresser was smoking by the front door before coming in to cut my daughter's hair. The place has some nice decor but smelt like strong bleach. The dealing of the cut with an unsettled toddler was pretty bad. No effort made to build rapport with baby, didn't really ask what was required from the cut. charged full amount for a couple of uneven snips. We went late afternoon. service may be better with other staff.

Excellent service and a great cut for my 2 year old son. Children are really well catered for and the hairdressers were very patient. I suggest booking as it gets busy!

Extremely rude
I took my 5 year old daughter to the salon. The lady at the counter was not very polite. Terrible experience. I should of checked reviews before taking my daughter to this salon.

I asked if the y could cut just my sons hairline at the back and round the ears but she cut all over his head and I kept saying not to but she insisted and said she wasn’t cutting the length. My so. Was very distressed and I felt she wasn’t understanding at all. Overall a very bad experience.

This place is excellent for kids nervous about a hair cut. My son doesn't like to be touched and hates having his long curly hair brushed, but the staff here were so patient and gentle. Gave him lots of distractions! And prices are more than reasonable!

Great salon for kids. Choice of three fun chairs to sit in and the stylist did what she could to put our 2.5 year old at ease including offering a biscuit. It was her first salon hair cut and was refusing to go at first but settled in when she saw the hairs and Peppa Pig on the tv. The stylist offered advice on how to grow my child’s hair out, and at the end gave her a little gift bag of balloons, pencils and a party blower. Update, went back 4 months later and had a great time again. My daughter loved it and asked to go back tomorrow!!
