Never had a problem getting an appointment either!
The salon had a nice atmosphere and looked modern with very friendly staff.
As I wanted my hair to be dyed, I needed the patch test which was done the very same day as my booking. That was great and saved time coming just for that another day.
I booked myself in for a haircut and colour for the following day.
Lady called Lisa was my stylist. She is actually the owner of the salon 😊
I wanted red colour, and could not decide between 2 shades which were in their portfolio book.
Lisa has really well explained to me which colour would work for me best, since my hair was bleached previously and had very faded red colour in already.
I think I had loads of questions but Lisa was so nice and patient and advised me really well.
I'm always nervous going to a hairdresser I've never been before. Purely because I'm fussy with my hair and was disappointed too many times before.
But oh my. Lisa has done marvellous job with my hair. I got exactly the shade I wanted. Plus she cut the hair nicely too .
Honestly. I won't go anywhere else now.
The prices are much lower compared to well known hairdresser salons which operate franchise. And the level of work is ten times better then them too.
Also forgot to add,the young lady with pink colour in her hair, gives a very good head massage. It was so relaxing.
Don't hesitate to visit this salon. I'm sure you will be very happy.

Well, on the booking confirmation was showing the time I was booked for and the time it was supposed to finish. If my English is not satisfactory I could just post a picture with the booking confirmation so you can see there is clearly showing it is supposed to last from x to y. In other words to make it easier to understand, I was allocated one hour and a half, but it was all done in one hour, probably on the basis 'that will do'. And I was not even bothered that much about that, but you even have the audacity to say you don't state a finish time so basically calling me a liar. Lastly, I did not realise when I paid that I did not receive the discount, but later on. If I would have been asked when paying if it was my first time, I would have confirmed again, however I thought it would show on the booking and that's why I trusted I was paying the correct price.
Will definitely go back.
