Wonderful salon! Would definitely recommend coming here, whether it's for a trim or a whole restyle they always do an amazing job. I've always walked out of here feeling really happy with my hair. The staff are absolutely lovely! They have always listened to exactly what I want too!
Never had a problem getting an appointment either!

Firstly I'd like to say I have never been to this salon before. I walked in on Thursday (23th May 2019) to book my appointment.
The salon had a nice atmosphere and looked modern with very friendly staff.

As I wanted my hair to be dyed, I needed the patch test which was done the very same day as my booking. That was great and saved time coming just for that another day.

I booked myself in for a haircut and colour for the following day.

Lady called Lisa was my stylist. She is actually the owner of the salon 😊

I wanted red colour, and could not decide between 2 shades which were in their portfolio book.

Lisa has really well explained to me which colour would work for me best, since my hair was bleached previously and had very faded red colour in already.

I think I had loads of questions but Lisa was so nice and patient and advised me really well.

I'm always nervous going to a hairdresser I've never been before. Purely because I'm fussy with my hair and was disappointed too many times before.

But oh my. Lisa has done marvellous job with my hair. I got exactly the shade I wanted. Plus she cut the hair nicely too .

Honestly. I won't go anywhere else now.

The prices are much lower compared to well known hairdresser salons which operate franchise. And the level of work is ten times better then them too.

Also forgot to add,the young lady with pink colour in her hair, gives a very good head massage. It was so relaxing.

Don't hesitate to visit this salon. I'm sure you will be very happy.

Vanessa made a lovely job of my cut and blow dry. She took her time to ask exactly what I wanted and I felt confident. The result was perfect. Vanessa was very friendly. The young girl who washed my hair (sorry I didn’t get her name) gave me a nice head massage too. A very pleasant visit today. Well done!

Had my hair cut at this salon for the very first time an hour ago and really enjoyed my experience. Vanessa is such a lovely women and done a fantastic job with my hair. I will definitely be coming back here from now on.

Had a cut and blow dry last Saturday and they advertise in their window that new customers that use a specific hair stylist get a 25% discount. Well, although I have confirmed it was my first time using their services when I made the booking, I didn't get any discount as advertised. Hair cut was average, not the best nor the worst, a little delay at the start but end time was earlier then stated, hence they didn't really use the time allocated to me making me think that if they did maybe the hair cut would have been better.

Well, on the booking confirmation was showing the time I was booked for and the time it was supposed to finish. If my English is not satisfactory I could just post a picture with the booking confirmation so you can see there is clearly showing it is supposed to last from x to y. In other words to make it easier to understand, I was allocated one hour and a half, but it was all done in one hour, probably on the basis 'that will do'. And I was not even bothered that much about that, but you even have the audacity to say you don't state a finish time so basically calling me a liar. Lastly, I did not realise when I paid that I did not receive the discount, but later on. If I would have been asked when paying if it was my first time, I would have confirmed again, however I thought it would show on the booking and that's why I trusted I was paying the correct price.

A+++ service for colour and cuts. Claire is a skilled hair stylist. I just can’t believe my luck to have found this place just by coincidence. I had so much disappointments from Toni&Guy and Rush where I have wasted £££. Elm Park hair.com is so affordable and gives always satisfactory results. I can’t imagine my cut from anywhere else now. Fully recommended xx

Booked an appointment online for the next day for my daughter. Perfect haircut, only thing was they could have had Abit more of the usual hairdresser chat with her like they do adults. She's 11 and she was cutting off 16 inches to donate, they didn't even talk to her about it and why or that it was a lovely thing to do. No chat regarding school or anything. Bit of a shame as it made her experience Abit boring sitting there for an hour in silence
