Hair By Friends

Was looking for a new hair dressers with me recently moving to London, went to Hair by Friends and they where so lovely, Sim and frankie both helped me and give me exactly what i wanted! While both being really nice people, definitely my new hair dressers; thank you guys! - in love! 💖

Made an appointment for a hair colour in person. Arrived for my appointment at designated time and date but no one was even in the salon. Tried calling but was unable to leave a message. Waited 45 minutes but no one turned up. Put a note through the door to say I arrived.
Six hours later someone from the salon left a message on my voicemail to say that someone would be in touch with me. It is now 3 weeks later and no one from this salon has tried to call me.
Extremely unprofessional and time wasters.

Not sure of other services but I had a cut and blow dry, they are lovely and well skilled, a small business with a big soul! I am extremely happy with them

Great experience love the cut the Frankie is very friendly and chirpy been back 3 times so far cant wait to go again

I’ve been having my hair done by Frankie at hair by friends by over 10 years, even now travel from Surrey to come having moved away. Always does a fabulous job, great, friendly service. Highly recommended.
