This is the salon i always visit for my hair and eyebrows, they are very experienced and do their job well. I love the way Gamze does threading. I have tried many other places but she is just too good at her job. I definitely recommend her. The hair stylist are also very good at whatever they do.

Lovely place with friendly staff, especially Gamze always willing to help and accommodate to a customers need. She is amazing at eyebrow threading and I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 7/8 years now. Definitely recommend.

I have been following Gumzay for around 6 years. She is the only person I will let touch my eyebrows! She is amazing at what she does, I have them threaded and tinted. Whilst I have visited her working at Gloss I have seen how well they work. Every customer is satisfied. Very professional I would highly recommend for all services offered!

Been here a few times now and always come out super happy. They’re friendly and generally pleasant to be around. I was caught off guard when my haircut was followed by quite the price increase but they explained their prices have gone up and that a blow dry has its own charge (which I said I wouldn’t have had if I’d known) and they removed the blow dry price for me. Even with the basic price increase I still very much plan to go back again, but at least next time I’ll know not to bother with the blow dry since that’s not something I ever do at home anyway!

Overall 100% worth a visit, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they styled it slightly different than usual, perfectly happy once again :)

I went for my hijab and make-up for my engagement a few days ago, but they came late and I came back from the salon in a bad way. Even though I was a bride, they behaved so carelessly that the bride's make-up was done in 5 minutes and was not taken care of in any way. Also, they made my hijab so bad right and left that they were not even equal. It is a salon that I will never choose and recommend again for my henna night and wedding.

I have had issues with alopecia for 13 years now and it's become particularly distressing recently. The staff here have helped me to find and tailor a solution that makes me feel comfortable and confident and are so flexible and accommodating. I can't recommend them highly enough.
