This is the worst hairdressers I have ever been to, small and cramped, I went with my friend for a first time treat in 5years of not going to a hairdressers.
Asked for a cut and tong and was over charged £35 (they then quoted £25 to a different customer for relaxer retouch and tong!) the hairdresser Ann-Marie definitely can not cut hair at all I was BUTCHERED without the hair even been cut properly they then overcharged for my friend’s hairstyle asking £75 for a wash and braids plait. Please do not go here unless you want to be overcharged and are ONLY going to get your hair plaited. Or don’t mind screaming kids!!

I had such an terrible experience I was on the verge of crying. The hairdresser refused to comb my natural hair without blow drying it. I said i would like to avoid using heat which has never been an issue in the past for hairdressers when im doing my hair. The hairdresser proceeded to ripping my hair whilst canerowing it and when I told her to be more gentle, she became increasingly more callous. Its was such a distressing experience and I'm never going back

Charged me 35 pounds for ONLY TWO cornrows, turned the dryer on with a spanner tool. Dryer was do hot it was burning my scalp 😩. Really disappointing. Staff were nice people though

The worst place ever. They does not how to run a business, very rude and liars. Never come back. They ruined my day.

Had a great experience staff was friendly and caring attention to detail was excellent over all device was excellent would definitely recommend to friends and family

Paid £90 plus the hair for BIG box braids. Higher than expected but anyway. The lady doing my hair was very loud. To me hair is a beauty treatment. Spending £100 for that visit u do not want someone shouting laughing and talking to everyone else in your ear. You have to be considerate and professional with customers. I feel like the Styling of it was rushed. I had to leave with soaking wet braids. Looked decent the same day when I styled it. Been wrapping it and using good products. This is not my first time to have braid. Next day messaged the salon to complain about my bottoms of my hair being a frizz ball and the hair leaving masks on my back of my neck. WORSE SALON EXPERIENCE. There was more to my visit which made it a shambles. That’s what I get for rushing around. The hair took a total of 1/30 mins. And I’d say 30 mins of that was her gossiping, going off to dye someone’s else hair. Disappointed. The reviews were true. I felt rushed out all the end. If u pay that money u expect ur hair to be secured, styled and that it can look the same for a while. Next day was like I had a big bush on my head stiff horse hair load on me. Everyone’s commented how the synthetic hair used was not styled properly

Had an awful experience and wish I read the reviews beforehand so I could have avoided this place. Went in for a pedicure while advertised on the sign outside for £14.99 I ended up paying £40 (with Shellac) which is ridiculously expensive considering my toes are hurting from pulling back my skin around my toes too much and even still having some nail polish on my skin. Furthermore, the lady didn't even scrape my feet and I can still feel dead skin. On top of that she was filling the tub with boiled water from a kettle and put in (what I believe was) dishwasher soap to create lots of foam. Really not worth your money, avoid!!!
