1 star for the simple fact my hair got done..eventually, if I could give zero I would.

Worst experience I've ever had at a hairdressers. Not only had she been drinking with her friend prior to my arrival, during my appointment she also cut my scalp with the comb whilst simultaneously dancing and blow drying my hair.

She changed wigs, done her make-up and made numerous phone calls during my appointment. A service that should have taken an hour took nearly 3. She was also very very rude. Don't believe the hype. Definitely better off elsewhere.

I went to Latenda hair salon in Shepherds Bush about 3 years ago. Not a nice experience. She was nice in the beginning because she wanted my money but whilst doing my hair, she did not communicate and I found her manner rude and off-putting. She did not make me feel welcome and the resulting style - ugh!! Don't believe the hype. I personally believe it is her friends giving her the 5* reviews. Not a genuine person.

This was the worst hair experience of my life and I never ever leave reviews but this was a must.
I was taken into a small room down stairs of a barbers, it was messy and dirty had to walk over rubbish bags, the lady was rude and unprofessional.
I had a sew in weave and it’s bumpy and plaits underneath are too big and already is falling out because it’s not even sewn in properly it was sewn in less than 10 minutes while shouting over me on the phone , when I said this to her she asked for the money and said “you need to be careful some people are not who you think they are” and didn’t try to fix the problem , she played her music as loud as possible argued with people on her phone on loudspeaker, jumped around me singing and dancing and getting up in my face! I was in complete shock ,and I felt so uncomfortable.
she put all the packaging of my weave in a bag and put it on my lap and said to take it with me it’s not hers and i can’t use her bin.
also when I paid she asked if my money was real! I just wanted to get out as soon as possible , worst ever when I read the previous review I thought it couldn’t be that bad but no it was worse! horrible experience an will now have to go elsewhere to have the hair taken out and redone properly AVOID!!! worst place ever !!!

If you looking for a very talented hair dresseur Latenda is the right person!!!! , she's AMAZING so professional and talented you will never be disappointed by her . She can do everything that you wish for !

Latenda is an amazing hairdresser, this my second time doing my hair and will keep on coming, her service is outstanding and she is so friendly with an amazing personality.

I won't go back she done my hair before Xmas, told me one price and charged me more. Appointment was delayed as she was either busy on the phone or eating her food or talking to her friends. Located downstairs of a barbers shop which I found unpleasant, going down the stairs was dangerous you had to be careful that you did not fall, the men were horrible and loud, for what she charges you would expect a really posh salon, totally unprofessional and for those giving five stars they must be her friends the place where she works from is a dump.

Latenda is a lifesaver! I’ve been a customer for about a year or so after being recommended by numerous people and she always makes my hair look amazing. I usually get weave installs but Latenda has taken care of my natural hair as it was severely damaged and it’s grown so much and is thick and healthy. 5+

he was hung over. I had an appointment at 12pm her phone was off because she was recovering from her night out and she got to me at 7:30pm after rescheduling for 6:30. She took 4 HOURS to do one wig cap. She was on the phone; eating; at one point, she started doing her make up for a night out mid appointment. She charged me sooooo much, but I was desperate for my hair to be done, so I paid. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO! Her insta must be fake! And there is no way she has famous clientele as she claims
