Terrible experience, do not recommend.

Booked for waxing. Normally takes 45 minutes for full body, maybe 60 mins max. This place a minimum of 90 mins. Incredibly slow. They then cancelled my appointment last minute because she said the hair wasn’t long enough based on 4 days prior (although it was fine and I went somewhere else and had it removed no problem). Could have been so good but instead they lost a customer that spends £1,200 a year on hair & beauty because they don’t know what they are doing. Had a super important event and this really screwed me over.

So, I needed to dye my hair and after reading the reviews, I thought this was a good place. I was willing to pay up to £350 - £400 for my hair to turn ash/grey and showed them a picture of what I wanted (right picture) and they said they could do it.. Hmm not exactly what I pictured and was told if I use silver shampoo, it will eventually turn to what I wanted, but after 3 months using the shampoo, my roots have come out and it is more yellow. I was charged £160 for something I didn’t want. Utterly disappointed, I do not recommend this place at all. If you can not get the colour I want, stop wasting my time.

Had highlights and cut today absolutely love the colour and the cut was thorough!!! So happy with this Salon all the lady’s are very friendly beautiful salon lovely surroundings would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try I’ll definitely be going back 👌🏻

Great salon with very kind and lovely staff. I went in not knowing what I wanted, and came out feeling amazing. Got some great haircare advice and had a nice chat and even got sat before my appointment time which was great. Definetly going to make this my regular salon 😀

I was lucky to find Lorena. It’s very difficult to find a beautician who really loves her job and cares about her customers. This is Lorena, most dedicated person i’ve ever met! My waxing was painless and after LVL, my lashes are wonderful.Thank you soo much for everything!
Also, the salon it's a very nice place.

Had a full set of acrylics. Staff were very nice and respectful. Neringa did my nails beautifully. Exactly how I wanted them. The place itself is so pretty and clean. I'd recommend them to anyone for nails tbh.

I had a haircut done here today. Hilda did exactly how I wanted. She asked me questions on what I prefer every step of the way. I'm so pleased. I recently moved to Eltham and so glad to find a good salon in my neighbourhood. I love my new look. My hair looks healthy and neat

Had Gel Nails done and a 1 hour massage. Came out feeling so refreshed, it really helped my aching back too. Nice, clean, great atmosphere.
