Millimetre Salons - Harrow

The staff are very good and friendly .Charlotte was my fav of all the stylists( i don’t know whether she has left the salon as I no longer see her there) . It has been my go-to hair salon since the last 2 years . The stylist will ask you in detail what you actually want and give you suggestions,unlike some other leading salons where they just ask casually and do it as they feel. They always make sure that you are happy with the outcome of the treatment you had and if not they will offer help and suggestions to make it look even better.

I was for the first time to the salon and I’m happy with the service... I’ve had highlights done by Irina and of course I had a picture with me , to show her what I want.. What I really want to point out it is .. She done exactly from the first session the colours I wanted. I never was happy after having my hair coloured as I m now, every time the places I was before , the hair stylist will try to change my mind about the colour or they never done the colour as I requested, no from the first session etc ! I will definitely come back to millimetres, I love Irina she’s very professional she absolutely now what she does .. I really recommend her .

I absolutely adore my balayage! The service was impeccable - Irina did a fabulous job with my hair and both her and Davide were so warm and lovely. Despite coming in at closing time for my patch test, they kindly kept the store open and were extremely accommodating. Genuinely one of the best salons I have gone to. Could not recommend them enough!

I had very long hair and left with almost shoulder length hair, this is despite showing how much I wanted cut off and telling the stylist short hair doesn't suit me. She did ask if the length was okay but by that point she had already cut a fair bit off. I didn't feel comfortable saying anything nor understood what could have been done if I did. It has been 5 days since my haircut and I absolutely hate it. It makes me so miserable. I will never book here again and if you plan on visiting be sure to check every cut they make to your hair.

Amazing experience with Irina! :) I showed her a picture of what I liked, and she recreated it perfectly! It took about 3 hours to do a balayage on never-dyed-before hair but it blended beautifully. And the colour is lovely! Thank you so much Irina!

I visited another salon (not Mm) and I had a disaster done in my hair, I had my hair bleached yellow and in patches and I looked absolutely awful, I left the salon in tears, I called the Mm salon in Harrow asking for help and advices, they asked me to go and despite being late Saturday Valentina and Violeta decided to stay overtime and made the best effort possible to adjust the damage I had on my head, I could see how much effort and attention Valentina put in trying to make the best out of that situation, she took her time and eventually she didn’t just repair the disaster but she actually managed to made a tone that I liked!
I arrived to the salon that I was almost crying, they looked after me, reassured me, and in a few hours I was calm and happy. They have been extremely pleasant, kind and helpful. My only regret is that I should have gone there in the first place, but lesson learned and I know now where to go in the future.
