Today was the first time that I have been to this salon. I was made to feel welcomed from start to finish and came out feeling thoroughly pampered. The salon itself is tastefully decorated and has a comfortable feel.
All of the staff were very professional and I would like to thank, my stylist, Megan took time to ensure that she explained all aspects of my cut and colour and that I was happy with all stages. Even when I had my hair washed by Maia, she made sure that I was comfortable and offered the choice of using the massage chair.
I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend to friends and family.

I almost don’t want to write this as I think I’ve found the secret to my ‘glow up’ and don’t want her getting booked up 😂 ... but I have to share the love, her name is Holly and she is an absolutly amazing hairdresser. She’s not only such a talented hairdresser, knowing the correct cut for my head but she listened to what I did/didn’t want. It’s been a few weeks and I still get complimented on my hair.
Best hairdresser I’ve had in ages, great chat and just all around lovely girl! Highly recommend her balayage skills 👌🏻 (before and after pics included).

Visited here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I wanted quite a major colour change and had been told by another well known salon that they wouldn’t be able to achieve the result I wanted. So when I visited this salon I was fully expecting to be told the same. The ladies on reception were lovely and booked me and appointment explaining what could be done. To achieve the colour I wanted.
Holly done a fantastic job and got the colour I wanted perfect without any problems. She is very friendly and helpful, as were the other girls.
Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Holly and the salon to anyone. Fantastic work and fantastic price!

I have been a customer at Louise Lambell for over 10 years and can only recommend them, a warm welcome upon entry and I am always looked after with a cup of Tea just how I like it. Great service, friendly staff and my hair always looks fantastic after Holly has worked her magic. It is true what they say, once you find a good hairdresser you stick with them. Not overly priced and Holly is always on hand to offer advice to ensure my colour lasts. The Albany Park Salon is by far my favourite, I love enjoying the massage chairs whilst my hair is being washed.

Just wanted to say I visited the salon on Wednesday for a Brazilian straightening blow dry with Holly. She is one amazing and talented young lady she is very professional, she made me feel very relaxed. She has totally transformed my once frizzy totally dull hair into sleek and straight, my hair has never felt softer and looked in such good condition. I won’t hesitate to go back and have recommended Holly to many friends.

Fantastic experience for my first time using this salon - all staff friendly, lovely atmosphere and excellent quality of service. Eva took an awful head of post-lockdown hair ( dyed brown, blonde roots, outgrown style) and transformed it with a colour correction and several hours of pampering. Despite two colour lifts, my hair is shiny and still in excellent condition - thanks to her expertise and dedication. I would definitely recommend, and will be returning again.

I have already done another review that was sent to me via this salon but felt this is needed for others who need a good hairdresser although reluctant to say so they don’t get to booked up .

This was my first visit to this salon after research , because I simply just can’t get a good haircut for my hair that is easy to look after .
So I booked and was nervous because did not no the hairdressers or hairdresser . I booked in with a senior stylist called Gemma who has worked at the salon some time .
I showed her a few pictures of hairstyles that I would like to have similar. Had a chat etc .

Well what can I say we have been on holiday for 11 nights abroad and this haircut has been amazing, easy to blow dry how I like it and in the morning I simply just brush and go , exactly what I wanted and also some days not even needed to wash every night .
Also had a couple of compliments on how nice my hair falls .

Amazing saloon...from bleach blonde to dark brown/bleach blonde balayage....used them for years and never fail to disappoint me.. beautiful staff and more than amazing outcome from being bleach blonde. Thanks to all the staff involved...you are amazing! About my 5th or 6th visit over 5/6 years. ☺️❤️☺️
