When I came to Shobiz Salons, I was very happy with the service I got. The staff was very friendly & attentive to my needs, the consultation I received was very thorough & the stylist new exactly what I wanted & without fail delivered the service I was after.
They would give me advice throughout the whole of my visit on how to maintain my hair & which products would be best suited to my hair type & which to stay away from.
After the appointment the stylist advised I come back after 4-6 weeks since this is the length of time in which my new hairstyle would start to loose it's style & colour will need refreshing.
Overall I was very pleased with the service & treatment I received & will be recommending the salon to my friends & family.
A loyal, happy & trusted customer has been made & will be returning most regularly.

The most professional salon. Samantha cut my hair and did a perfect job. I'm really looking forward to going back and having her cut my hair again. The salon is slick and well run and you get great value for money and money off your next cut.

Beware as this salon will include a trim on previous occasions when getting roots done, then will charge you the full price of £57! On querying this the receptionist checked with manager and agreed full refund as only very ends were trimmed.... 3 days later when returned to get my colour corrected, same receptionist advised refund is only £28 as they had discussed it?
They coloured hair perfectly on 2 previously occasions and girls were friendly ...Shame but will not be returning to be over charged for trim and risk having yellow roots again :(

Hair cut is good - although not worth it for the price! I was overcharged on my second appointment and although they promised to credit my account for my next appointment, when I come to pay they conveniently had no record of me or the credit I was owed! Not a great experience.

Had my hair restyled today by Rory. It was very dry and totally shapeless. I am absolutely delighted with the result. It feels so healthy now and the cut is chic and manageable. I even was privileged to have Shobie check over the cut and give it the thumbs up. Beautiful salon, lovely relaxing shampoo room, enjoyed the whole experience. Very impressed with the pride Rory takes in his work. I'll definitely be back.

the salon has been taken into new hands and the way it is now is amazing!! I have been coming for about a year now and have tried most places, partners just can't do wrong! Friendly staff, amazing hairstylists and great food xx

First time customer and I will definitely be returning! I got a lovely eyelash and eyebrow tint as well as an eyebrow shape. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Everything was done to make clients feel comfortable and Covid secure. Really reasonably priced as well! Thank you for my treatment, Partners.
