Friendly salon with great atmosphere

You will be treated with more respect by your own enemies. Do not go to this business as the owner is so rude and abrupt. I was speechless. Richard is disgusting the way he handles situations..has no problem solving skills, no people skills and does not know how to approach a situation in a professional manner. A minor situation can turn into something so big when all he had to do was deal with a different approach.

I have no layers in my hair and needed a simple trim, I didn't think anything would go wrong with it. I showed the hairstylist how much I wanted it off, she did cut more than I have asked which isn't the issue as hair grows but one side of my hair is at least an inch shorter than the other side. I didn't go in with one side of my hair shorter, I am trying to be understanding as the hairstylist could have had a bad day but its not an excuse! There was no technicality in the way she had cut my hair, my usual hairdressers holds both sides checking whether its same length, they go over it. This one just went snip snip snip no checking and leaving me with a year of growing out the bad mistake she has done. My 5 year old could have done a better job honestly. I have tried to even it myself but I can't help feeling angry. Please if you go here for haircut just watch what they are doing, this was a hairstylist that worked there for years, not a trainee. Which fuels my anger even more.

Kizzie Melfah is attention to detail, creates the perfect blonde and bouncy layers to add volume. My hairs never been healthier this blonde. Always offers the best service including, hot, soft, fizzy and alcohol beverages, a full experience.

Really good salon with a nice atmosphere. Emma listens to you and works hard to deliver what your asking for. Would recommend to anyone. Coffee while you wait is good too!

This was the first time i had used this salon and was really pleased with the result .Kissey did a lovely t section colour and cut. All the staff were very friendly.The salon was clean and comfortable. Definately recommend this salon .
