Possibly the most unhygienic salon I've ever stepped into. Other than the floor, chairs, etc. being dirty (hairs everywhere) I felt the quality of products being used here is extremely low. Cheap products, cheap results, you still pay top dollar for mediocre service. I don't know why Sonal colored my hairs red when I clearly told her I want a darker color. To "fix" it, I had to visit the dirty salon multiple times. The keratin was shaky at best, to begin with, and didn't last for a month.
Would not recommend at all. Waste of money, energy, time

I have been to this place for various services a few times and I totally recommend it. The staff is friendly. The place is hygienic ..
Dronali is very thorough with waxing and gets the job done timely.
I have had haircuts and hair highlights work done by Justin.. He understands what the customer is looking for and does a good job.
I do advice to make a prior appointment before visiting because its a busy place you will have a better experience with pre booked appointment..

Got my gel nail extensions done by Paula and they were so pretty. First time ever getting my nails done and visiting this salon. Was a late minute thing and got accommodated very quickly despite having no booking, the staff were very nice and Paula had really good suggestions!

I had an amazing experience with the salon. The staff was really sweet. I did couple of services from there today and have no complains regarding anything.
Would highly recommend this place specially for manicure and pedicure. Also, i feel the prices are very affordable

Honestly the worst manicure I have ever had! Firstly none of the manicure tools had been cleaned which is so unsafe and you really need to introduce a hygiene protocol. Nothing was clean, the brush that was being used to wipe my nails clean was actually putting other skin cells onto my hand. Secondly I had asked for chrome which I didn’t mind if they had or not but they informed me that the glitter was “chrome”, which it was not. The top coat started to burn my fingers under the uv light, which I have never had happen before but I guess there is a first for everything. The glitter they put on is already falling off 10 minutes after leaving. The top coat is so uneven and has started to peel off already. Would not recommend! Such a shame as I don’t often get my nails done and this was such a poor experience.

I’ve recently started visiting Beauty By Sonal as it’s a local salon. I received my first pedicure at the end of August, I’ve only just had to go back for another one. Paula really knows her stuff, she’s friendly & makes sure I’m happy before anything. All the salons in Wembley charge a similar (if not more!) price. This will definitely be the place I get my pedicures now & I highly recommend Paula!!

I went for hair wash and hair cut, Justin did my hair extremely finely just the way I wanted. Staff is also very friendly and polite. Highly recommend this salon, definitely going again for other services.

I am glad that after soo many years I have now found someone who can I trust blindly with my hair specially.
