Trimz & Tantrumz Childrens Salon Rubery

My boys absolutely love it here!! We always leave satisfied with the boys cuts and service we recieved. Quite honestly this is the only salon my eldest son will go to and so as a result this is the same for my youngest.
The lady tash is absolutely amazing, she shows an interest and talks to both parent and child/children. I'm shocked to see poor reviews about this salon as this salon in Rubery by far goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy.

Took my boys for a hair cut today. Brilliant stylists. One of my boys dislikes his hair being touched and they were brilliant with him. So patient and talked to him brilliantly. It was the second time we came and they remembered us, probably due to my son screaming last time. But we were met with smiles and reassurance even though it was potential for a meltdown. I never felt like they were fed up. Totally happy with the service. Hair looks great 👍 😁

Took my 3yr old for his first ever hair cut. Tash was so patient and welcoming and made sure he was happy sitting in his Thomas the tank engine chair and had Peppa pig on the TV.
Then proceeded to praise how nicely he sat throughout his hair cut. The result was brilliant and Tash told him he had hair like Batman which made his day. We had the first haircut package so he also hot a fab certificate and a balloon . I'm sure you will agree with the pics below what a lovely job Tash did Thankyou.

Great experience today with lovely Tash. She was brilliant! So calm and helpful. My 2 year old son wouldn't let anyone touch his hair so it had gotten really long but within the first 5 minutes with Tash he was calm and let her give him a full haircut! We'll definitely be back.

My son had his first haircut here, Natasha was so reassuring and friendly and really put us at ease. My son did get upset as it was his first time and she was so patient with him and we came out with the loveliest haircut. My son was so settled there and did not want to leave! Even though he was unsure at first he was giving Natasha high fives once his hair was done (his hair looked so lovely and was cut exactly what we had asked for) and he was so entertained by the kids chairs and the screens. We came all the way from Eastbourne and will 100% be returning for his future hair cuts. It’s such a lovely, friendly atmosphere and amazing staff. So at ease and patient 😊😊 would highly recommend!!!

I recently visited the Rubery salon for a haircut for my 1 year old and had such a lovely experience. My child felt at ease and settled throughout. The salon is very child friendly and staff are lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended.

We had such a lovely experience with Tash at Trimz and Tantrums! Our oldest boy has SEN and usually finds haircuts really traumatising; but Tash was so friendly, patient and kind and made what is usually a traumatic experience so much better!
Tash also cut our 1 year old's hair and he loved the experience and sitting in the special seat! Thanks so much, we will definitely be back soon!

We visited the Rubery Branch this morning, when we got there Tasha was so a lovely and welcoming - she gave our son Harry a lovely hair cut we are so happy with it.
She was so brilliant with him and we can’t wait to come back in a few weeks.
