Safy B's Hair & Beauty Salon

I love this place! The salon is really friendly and has a personal feel - so different to the high street chains. The staff clearly enjoy being there and have fun - they chat to each other and the clients which makes a visit feel like you are with friends. The quality of the work that they all do is amazing. It is very creative. Saffron the owner is lovely and goes out of her way to make sure her clients are happy. I would definitely recommend.

Safy and her team are great fun to be around! I've only had my hair cut twice here but each time they have taken the time to listen to exactly what I want, cutting and styling as much as is needed to make sure I was happy before leaving. Safy gave me tips on how to style my hair when doing it at home and which type of products to use when doing so. I would highly recommend Safy B's to anyone who might, like me, shy away from the stereo-typical high-street salon.

I had the wonderful Safy make my hair from brown to the most PERFECT blonde ever!!! Such a lovely lovely woman, and a wonderful team. They were all so friendly and made me feel so welcome from the get go! I walked out of the salon with my self confidence back & feeling gorgeous! Thank you! They were all so professional & I would so highly recommend for anyone and everyone to go in there for a fresh look/cut. Amazing - I can’t wait for this quarantine to be over so I can come back!!!! X

Went here to have balyage done as was recommended by someone. Went for a consultation which was professional so had lots of trust in the person doing my hair. Well, the end result was not what I expected. I had sent photos to several other hairdressers of the end result and they were also appalled by the way the salon had left the hair. As well as the way the salon reacted when I told them I didn’t like it. I paid £185 for my hair to just have ginger streaks in. They didn’t offer anything or any kind of service to help correct it. One hairdresser said “you didn’t ask to be ginger so why have they left it like that, I’m baffled”. If this was a £30 job I wouldn’t be so annoyed, but the money I spent wasn’t pocket Monet. It was so expensive. Will not be returning and thankfully have an appointment for someone to help me correct it which are charging half the price. Don’t be fooled by their lovely personalities.

Like Duck Farm Court, so wanted to try this salon, esp heard it has recently received an award. So expectation is high. Just made an enquiry and made an appointment on the phone. But, emailed to cancel my appointment immediately after. Why? Put off by the young receptionist's telephone manner, which is the first impression for the business - unprofessional, unwelcoming, .. insufficient training - not the receptionist's fault though. Hope the boss(es) pay more attention to details - from enquiries to end results.

Fantastic, motivating & inspiring in salon training session for our Team by Safy! Very talented & effortless teaching on same wavelength as team. They went so far as to say that was the best in salon session they had ever had, & we provide a lot of in salon training. Can’t have any higher accolade that that! Thank you Safy, we will certainly book you again 🙏🏼👏🏼👌🏼
