Couldn't recommend enough, Niki did a consultation beforehand with my patch test so I knew exactly what I wanted. She listened to exactly what I said even though I'm rubbish at describing how I want my hair yet still managed to do exactly what I was thinking! Over the moon with my hair and will be sticking with Luxe for every haircut from now on 😊

From colouring, washing, cutting and blow drying my hair, Nikki did an excellent job.
