Worst experience ever. I confirmed my appointment with the salon for 3pm 2 days before my appointment. The day of my appointment, I show up and they tell me my appointment is really at 4pm. During the visit I had to move my car 3 times from the parking spot because of their neighbor and other clients while having foils and dye in my hair. The stylist double booked herself, to do her friends highlights while color and highlights set. Her friend showed up late To her appointment but she still saw her which ran into my appointment. Three hours into my appointment and I still had foils in my hair. When I asked how much longer it would be she replied 20 minutes. Then while washing my hair she says, you should expect at least 3 hours for the salon. I informed her she was only doing half of my hair and did not do my entire hair and it usually takes 3hours to do my entire hair, not half of it. She didn’t even cut my hair the way I wanted it. I left after being there over 4 hours. And to top it off the hair stylist didn’t even take the dye off my forehead and she fried my hair. I will never return and don’t recommennd anyone comes here. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
