Can't thank the girls here enough, they made me feel so welcome, especially as I feel so nervous having my hair cut. Sarah did the best job with the cut and the colour, it's never looked better! She really understood the image I was trying to describe and explained everything regarding the color and treatments before we started. I definitely recommend Umbertos to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, cut and colour :)

I took my 14 year old daughter to have a cut and blow dry.
Sarah made her feel so comfortable that she felt able to tell her that she didn't want a recommended style, she would not have had the confidence to do that with anyone else.
Sarah did a fabulous job and my daughter loved her hair as well as feeling pampered.
Would definitely recommend.

I went in today to sort out a bad balayage that had been done at a different salon. The lovely ladies at Umberto Giannini managed to fit me in very quickly and the amazing Zoe did such a fabulous job on my hair! She listened to me about my problem and gave me great advice on what needed to be done and I have left with such lovely hair and a massive smile on my face. Thank you SO much!!

Zoe was very nice, I got the result that I wanted, and was given a different (and aparently cheaper according to the stylist) service to what was booked because it could be achieved using this method. Gorgeous reults and my hair feels and looks amazing (1/2 head highlights and toner). Just look out that the online quote was a little cheaper than what I paid on the day, but this is a minor issue and probably my mistake.

I got my hair done by a lovely lady called Vicky. I got a balayage and got my hair and fringe trimmed. The balayage looks incredible it’s the perfect colour and shes done such a good job can’t thank her enough. It’s definitely worth the money. Whilst the treatment she was friendly and kept me at ease and she let me know what she was doing step by step. I didn’t think I will get my hair curled at the end but I did which I was so happy about. They also had massage chairs whilst hair was being washed and toned and they offered drinks as well. It’s definitely worth money because they have added extras as well. I will definitely be back for sure thank u so much Vicky for my balayage

I had a restyle and blow dry with Vicky, and I honestly cannot sing her praises loud enough! I am absolutely in love with the end result and feel a load more confident. Vicky was super friendly and made me feel at ease straight away, something I have not felt at other hair salons. Jamie was also super friendly and welcoming as soon as I entered the salon. The entire atmosphere within this salon was incredible. I most definitely be returning to Vicky for any future hair appointments I want to make. Thank you again so much!

I was a walk-in and they had space that morning. I'm a bit of a nightmare customer when it comes to telling hairdressers what I want, because usually, I have no idea myself. Victoria, my stylist, was extremely helpful and patient when talking to me about what I could get done. I was very pleased with the result and will definitely be making this my regular place.

The whole salon is incredibly clean and covid safe. Everyone that worked there was professional and friendly. Also, the chair when you get your hair washed has a massage option - awesome.

My hair has been in a bad way lately. Sarah P transformed my hair. I look and feel totally sleek. My hair is silky, shiney and smooth. She did an excellent job. Thank you!
